Introduction & Background :

Donal Bisht is an Indian Television actress & model born on 27th August. Her hometown is Chamoli, Uttarakhand. Her parents are currently living in Delhi. She has an elder brother too.

Donal has worked in several TV shows and short films before getting her first major acting break on the small screen by replacing Sritama Mukherjee for the role of Sakshi, the female lead's younger sister in "Kalash- Ek Vishwaas", which aired on Life Ok channel.

Currently, she is seen in Sony TV's "Ek Deewaana Tha" as Sharanya Bisht.

Education :

She has completed her schooling from Cambridge School, Noida. She has done BMM from Asian School of Media Studies, Delhi.

Career :

Donal started her career as a journalist for News 18 India. She has worked for several news channels like Star News India, P7 News, News Express etc.

Donal was also an anchor for Doordarshan's Chitrahar.

Donal wanted to purse her career in acting so she started working towards it. She replaced Shritama Mukherjee for playing the new role of Sakshi in Balaji Telefilms' "Kalash- Ek Vishwaas".

She was also seen in "Twist Wala Love", "Aye Zindagi" & "Emotional Atyachaar". She has appeared in several TVC's including Santoor Soap. She has also done a web series called 'Mushaira Unplugged' & featured in a Punjabi Music Video. She has done some short films too.
