areye munimji s people are around her all the time may be she has some chip attached to her body so whatever she does or hears are informed to munimji...so when Meera went away she would have sent the message to munimji and munimji s goons kidnapped Meera as she visited mental asylum and munimji is aware of her devi avatar. Or it could be like the hospital nurse is part of chakrabyuha so informed munimji about Meera so munimji s goon followed her .Mehek may not be aware where Meera is gone. 2 possibility

no I did not feel bad ...I am just giving 2 possibility like in the last night episode dev and narvekar was clue less that who informed munimji about police attack...my guess it was Mehek who is informing munimji of all details...

When Zohra aapa says Meera went out for urgent work Mehek was very curious. Either she would have asked someone to follow her or someone from hospital would have called her and infor med about Meera visiting there.
