It is ranveers first negative role. But he is not getting. Good from. Makers. No hype not attention by team. This is what iam thinking and having doubts on slb and teamthey are not giving any importance about ranveers role. deepika and shahid got intl posters too but ranveers notout yet deepika shahid 1song is out other will be out Tom I am really confused was ranveer really male lead in movie was story about khilji and padmavati but their is clearly looking if he is main roleow can slb ignore khiljis role every one with ranveer has ignored by slb be it's aditi or Jim imean. This is too much if shahi . was in place of ranveer he will never accept this treatment which they are doing with ranveer pulling his role down he is not playing 20min role you took his most time and dedication more then others. So how can u ignored him he deserved attention and hype because what I knew if they will keep ignoring ranveer they will edit his scenes too from no ie like karan johar did with fawad in movie so. According ranveer he can't say no slb he choose hilji bec slb I think he took big risk playing negative role in slb movie will backfire for him slb. Produce romance and music and love stories this what he is focusing in padmacati too he is not even taking khiljis. Name forget about khilji now. Negative role in others makers movie could have been better but slb. Not treating him well because he is more focus on romance and rajpust pride. It's. Very bad situation for ranveer rite now

I think SLB has miscast Khilji and Ratan Singh...should have cast Ranveer as Ratan Singh...and someone new or someone who plays negative roles on a regular basis as Khilji...the fact that Ranveer and Deepika are a couple in real life and people are used to seeing them in romantic roles...that is why its so hard for people to see them on the opposite ends...just my opinion.

The best is usually saved for the last. Shahid is already looking like a floppy in the trailer and in the second poster. Even if RS has 20 mins role, BIG chance he will take away with all the accolades from audience and critics (if it matters to you 😆).

It is indeed a big risk and he knows what he is doing. In the filmfare interview he said he was sure that if he does a negative role it will be with SLB and Khilji seems to be a great role. I hope all goes well for him.

This TM is strictly against RS doing Khilji, so its futile replying here. But still I will.

I think he did an extremely right thing by taking this role for his career graph, I know that it has backfired by people thinking that he n DP will shown romantically cause of that. Hope it ends once the movie is released.

But career wise it is a good move, this will open up more choices for him in future.

I have a feeling RS is going to walk away with most of the praises. Just from the trailer, he was the one who most people noticed and talked about, and he did not have a single dialogue in that.

Lol no. OP must be living under a rock. Ranveer's got the most hype for the trailer. So SLB is balancing it out through Ratan-Padmini centred songs. He'd have his own song too. I have no doubt about that and he'd do well like he always does.

^^Completely true. I think Shahid is probably a better actor than RS. I and I like RS the best out of the young lot. The interpretation "To be, or not to be" was so brilliant it actually made me sit up & realise what an excellent actor he is!! In some scenes he clearly blew away even Tabu! Which hardly EVER happens. She was better as a whole, but some scenes.. Daaamn! This movie will be a treat to watch because of all 3, and I've a feeling Shahid could outshine RS.. Been saying it since day 1.
