I dont' think Ranveer did anything wrong by choosing or accepting the negative role.He emotes well,I don't find his dialogue delivery that good(sometimes it come across as forced) but he gets the body language which is required for his roles,quite effortlessly.

I think he can pull off SLB's Khijli but you never know..

One thing,I find it quite amusing. IF underesimate Shahid a lot.RS is good but he is not even 20% of What Shahid is as an actor..yes..people are free to disagree.

Just because he doesn' has many hits in his kitty or is not much in news,that doesn't mean he is a bad actor..He has done many such roles which I am sure many BW biggies or even the new gen actors could do with conviction which he did .

ranveer can do what ever4 shahid did so it's not like ranveer not 20%of shahid loolany people did not like shahid in udta Punjab same for haider so every body has choice whom they like but ranveer is good actor u can't say shahid is bestest

Ranveer is very natural in acting..

What risk? SLB is his annadata, whatever hits he has is cos of him lol just be grateful.

The risk is if movie doesn't release. Though I wish Ranveer had taken Ratan's role and completed the trilogy. For once Rajput would not have been so antagonistic. The fact that the duo is rumored real life couple the movie would have been benefited by their easy chemistry and it might have increased audience ire against interloper that was Khilji. The way it is now is confusing to audience who think Khilji might get glorified. a reasonable thought seeing how last they saw trio was in Bajiroa with Ranveer playing the lead. All this controversy could have been avoided. Not every movie is Darr. Akshay hit jackpot (figuratively saving his career) when he played good guy in Dhadkaan. 😊

Yes its a big risk, Ranveer RN is in a stage of building a fandom base, its not easy to play a character

who ( in my observation) is hated by the whole nation, a controversial character who evokes hate and

despise in the public mind, I see a lot of people on SM abusing Ranveer the person ,its like they can't

distinguish btw the two.
