Omkara - Promise sealed with the kiss of love

Finally, Mr Omkara Singh Oberoi got his DULHANIYA back.

He has always wronged her. Never gave her a chance to choose. Not even to choose her life partner. He tied her to him. And then left her at cross roads, all ALONE. Not once but every time.

So, this time he wanted to do right by her. Wanted her to CHOOSE. He claimed to be her HUSBAND. But did not claim her to be his WIFE. This has to be her CHOICE!!. Made of her own free will for love. Not because of society. Not because her HUSBAND is asking her to be. So, when his wife asked her to leave, he chose to break his own heart to honor her wishes.

Back at his own home and in his room he tried to find some comfort, some solace that would make his pain a little less. But like his heart, his room waited for HER. And he sat there lifeless staring into darkness, drowning in his guilt, in his sorrow of losing the most precious gift of his life. Thinking how is he still breathing when his heart is not. Thinking how did he lose her when her SHANKARJI himself has blessed him that day in temple. Thinking why did he saw love in her eyes for himself when she was asking him to leave. Thinking why his heart is still hoping to be WITH HER.

But relations made in stars, and blessed by Shankarji and Parvatiji can never be broken. They were bought together by destiny that SHIVA, THE DESTROYER, has himself written for them. How can it be destroyed by a mere mortal?

So, with little nudge from his elder brother Omkara found himself at her door steps once again fighting for HER. Choosing to hold onto his faith in their LOVE. Choosing to believe in their MARRIAGE. Choosing to believe that like always she will forgive him and accept him and love him. He will ask for her forgiveness for everyday for rest of his life.

And he got HER BACK. As morning sunlight fell on the lonely window in the room making it glow, the darkest night of his life has come to an end.

He sat there holding her hand, worried for her, feeling the pain of her hurt. Hoping for a new beginning, he sat their promising her HAPPINESS. Promising her that he will always LOVE HER. Promising her to always HONOR their relation. Promising to CHERISH her always. Promising to be her BEST FRIEND. Promising her to RESPECT her. Promising her to always see her an EQUAL. Promising to always put HER FIRST. Promising her to be HER ANCHOR. Promising to be HER PARTNER in all her battles. Promising to TAKE AWAY all HER PAIN. Promising her to always BELIEVE IN HER.

He PROMISED her LIFETIME of TOGETHERNESS. And SEALED it with THE KISS OF LOVE.
