Yes it proves that he is hiding something and the story he said to sharanya is half truth. I think the another car which came to the accident spot when sharanya was trying to wake up shiv was vyom's. He too met her for the first time on that day of accident. That's why he knew about shiv being there and was trying to not let sharanya know like her parents.If vyom is hiding the truth, we can understand that he is doing it to get sharanya. But why are her parents hiding the truth? They must have said that yes there was a guy but he was completely fine!! I think vyom knows about shiv and the all three were friends in the college or may be shiv and vyom are rivals. They both fell in love with sharanya but she loved shiv and hid this from vyom. He must have thought that shiv is troubling sharanya. But one thing is clear that vyom knows about shiv and his love for sharanya. Was he aware of them being in a relation is a question unanswered, we have to wait to know about it.

Y so much confusion watever it is clear that shiv died because whom ? Vein and sharanya were bf gf till the end of the show they will be a couple and they showed sciences of there past I feel that cycle who fell was shiv but a car will come towards sharanya I guess vein would have come and saved her I think
