Ummm... First, I have nothing against Shilpa but the fact is she ruined the task after she stole money. At that point, Vikas could not havr paid the workers anything so he needed to get some $$ to complete his orders. His only option was for some way to get money back from Shilpa. He did that by trying to negotiate for the cotton but she was so filled with ego that she didn't take the deal.
After that Vikas did absolutely nothing at all. He only rejected cushions from Shilpa's team that were easily torn at the seams. She didn't even check to male sure they were passable and wanted Vikas to approve. She even tried to snatch material from his side instead of negotiating. When that didnt work she got nasty with Mehz and started emotional drama.
In the meanwhile, the HMs realized ki inn dono ki ladai mein humein kuch nahi milega, na captaincy, na budget so they asked Shilpa for money to complete the last order. But she had not properly taken care of the money and had to resort to beg for it later. The fact remains that after stealing $$ she was utterly clueless with respect to how to complete luxury budget and the HMs were being clueless right there with her. Vikas played his game amazingly and these idiots could not counter his strategy and lost luxury budget.
