The task started out so well yesterday. It was a good creative task but all the HMs except Vikas literally only used their brains in the first round.
After Shilpa stole all the money, Vikas had few other options. He needed $$ to win or he needed enough orders. Vikas played a good game by first rejecting her orders and then trying to negotiate with Shilpa for cotton in return of $50000. The stealing plan was good initially but once Vikas found out and got all the cotton, Shilpa team needed to change their strategy. They knew that vikas would keep rejecting orders to twist Shilpa's arm into giving her back the money. They literally all forgot about the LB until the last hour of the last round when almost all of them realized that not all of them can get captaincy.
On the other hand, Vikas was constantly working to flip people so they would give him money. Since Shilpa had refused to negotiate with him, Vikas was not going to be able to complete luxury budget task in any case so he then had to fight for his individual task because Shilpa and co had already overtaken him on the team challenge.
Then today, Shilpa fought with people instead of using her head to have them steal the material for her and then continued emotional drama. In the meanwhile, Vikas picked the most vulnerable of the lot mehz, pooja, Arshi and Pungi, all who Shilpa fought with and used them to his advantage by convincing them to give him the money.
Iss sabmein, karmachari mein sirf Ben jeeti aur baaki sab haar gaye. First, akash got caught in Shilpa's crocodile tears and gave all the $ back warna woh khud captain ban sakta tha. Second, even if teaming up for the better good was a good idea, none of them bothered to confirm in advance who the captain will be. Instead, they blindly trusted Priyank, and not one person was happy about Ben being captain (barring Hiten maybe kyunki uss bande ko koi fark nahi padta kaun bane). Third, even after sacrificing, not once did Ben appreciate what everyone especially Akash did for her. Acknowledge bhi nahi kiya.. Finally, itni mehnat karne ke baad HMs ko mila babaji ka thullu because of their own stupidy in blindly trusting people.
So the fault of not fulfilling order is more on Shilpa and then on her team that did nothing to convince her to even out the game once Vikas opened up his cards. Their own stubborness and over confidence made them lose.
Priyank and Vikas turned out to be true gamers.
