^This linking of marriage to Abhishek's films not performing is absurd. His career took a bad turn only from 2010, 3 years after marriage.

He had films like Dostana, Paa, Sarkar Raj until 2009 which fared well. It was after Raavan in 2010 that he had quite a few back-to-back flops until some films with bigger stars like Ajay Devgn (Bol Bachchan), Aamir (Dhoom 3) and SRK (Happy New Year) saved the day for him.

He never completely recuperated after the spate of flops between 2010-2011. He could handle such flops earlier because that's all he knew. But after finding a lot of success between 2005-2009, suddenly going back to flop phase hit him hard.

Oh yes u have a very valid point...agree even after marriage he had few successes.

Raavan actually proven to be an actual RAAVAN for his career.

I also agree with the re-flop phase..but having said that , no matter what, he should have worked hard to keep his father's name glorious as he is not some ordinary star but the BIG B. It always feel bad to see a talent going wasted especially if its the ONLY son of such an iconic legend of all time.
