Hospital...
"Did you find something ?" Suraj ask when inspector returned back to hospital after checking accident place.
"We checked truck but there are no truck plate and without it we can't find truck owner but I think the driver was drunk so he run away after hitting Yash car" Inspector informed them.

After 5 days...
"Aarti I'm sorry, I saw how maa and bua ji behaving with you" Yash hold Aarti hand, he is seeing from some days how badly Gayatri and Maya bua treating Aarti in hospital and now in home too.
"Yash its ok, I knew she is worried to see you again and again getting hurt, I understand her situation" Aarti pull her hand slowly and put a pillow behind Yash back and one under his fracture hand.
"Thanks" Yash look her when she sat beside him.
"For what" Aarti sat there picking file, now she is working in Scindia Constructions on Yash place until he recover properly.
"For coming into my life" He pulled file from her hand.
"I'm not that good you think of me" She move close to him.
"Really" He moved file back when she try to take it from his hand.
"I need to study this file" She leaned on his shoulder to snatch it.
"You can do this tomorrow" Yash looked her eyes, she glance down at his lips, so close to her.
"I think you are right" Aarti smile naughtily, file slipped from Yash hand when she kissed him softly taking care of his other hand not to hurt him.
"I'm always right" Yash smile over her lips hugging her waist with his good one.

After 4 weeks... Evening...
"How was your day?" Aarti took laptop bag from Yash, now he is perfectly fine only 5 days back doctor removed his hand plaster and after resting for some more days Yash again joined office.
"Hectic" Yash close eyes holding head.
"Are you ok ?" Aarti asked worriedly.
"Headache" He lay on bed.
"Wait a minute" She bring oil and sat on bed.
"What are you doing ?" Yash looked her confused as she placed a pillow under his head.
"Mr. Scindia I'm just giving you a head massage" She smile.
"Oh" He too smile at her.
"Thanks" Yash close eyes feeling good after her massage.
"Pleasure is all mine Darling!" Aarti peck his forehead dearly.

Scindia mansion...
"Bhabhi don't you think we can get rid of Aarti and then we should marry Yash again to some nice girl" Maya suggested.
"Jiji but" Gayatri think about Suraj reaction but she think its a nice idea.
"Bhabhi you know and me both know that Aarti is curse for Yash. I really want Yash beta fit and fine not like this in every five days he is in hospital" Listen to Maya Gayatri too think its true she too want to get rid of Aarti somehow.

Dubey house...
"Gayatri ji asked me to come to SM" Shobha told to Aman on call.
"But why?" Aman get worried for Aarti, he already knew Yash mother don't like her.
"Don't know beta, I will see, you don't worry ok" Shobha talked with him a little more then she put down phone.
"What if something again happen to Yash ?" Shobha think tensed for both Yash and Aarti.

Scindia mansion...
"Shobha ji I will come to the point because I can't risk my son life anymore. I think Aarti is the case of all the problems in our house. First someone poisoned Yash food then fire in Yash room but Yash is the only one who got hurt and again Yash accident. Now it's enough, I can't see my son getting hurt anymore" Shobha feel fear for Aarti now, knowing Gayatri is not totally wrong on her place when her son getting hurt from the day Aarti married to Yash.
"So I will say, you can take your daughter back to your home, I will send divorce papers in five days" Gayatri said shocking shobha.
"Please don't do this" Shobha beg in front of her after coming out of shock.
"There is no use of your begging now so go to Yash room Aarti is there, pack her bag so you can take your Aarti away from my house and most important away from my son life" Gayatri tell. Shobha has tears, she don't know how much her daughter would hurt after knowing about her divorce.

"Maa when you come?" Aarti smile at her mother seeing her on their room door.
"Come please why are you standing there" She pulled shobha inside room.
"Aarti" Shobha looked Aarti happy face, she never see Aarti this much happy after that horrible day of her life and now she don't know how to tell her that her happiness is short living. Aarti smiles wait for shobha to say something.
"Aarti beta you are coming with me" Aarti look her in confusion.
"For how many days?" Aarti thinking its just for some days.
"To never return here again" Aarti happy face turned pale soon.
"Maa what are you saying?" Shobha hold Aarti hand.
"Gayatri ji said she will send divorce papers in five days" Aarti shockingly pulled her hand back.
"She can't do this, how will I live without Yash?" She murmur last line but shobha heard it, she feel sad that her daughter again lost her happiness. She saw how much Aarti is happy after her marriage and she know all thanks goes to Yash! shobha somehow know Aarti loves Yash.
"Aarti" Shobha shake Aarti seeing her lost.
"No I'm not going anywhere" She moved away from shobha and run out of room.
"Beta listen to me" Shobha cry seeing Aarti running out like a madly.

"Yash" Aarti enter in study room. Yash get up from chair seeing her angry tears filled eyes.
"You can't leave me, you can't throw me out of your life just this" She shake him holding his shirt collar tightly.
"What are you talking ? I'm not understanding anything" Yash not getting what she is saying.
"You said you love me then how can you give me divorce" Aarti looked him with her wet at hurt eyes.
"What?" Yash hold her shoulders in shock.
"Your maa, she told maa to take me to her home and you are divorcing me" Aarti told everything what shobha told her.
"I think you lost your mind, why will maa say something like this?" Yash can't believe what Aarti just telling him.
"Yes I had lost my mind the moment you come into my life, do you got it, just because of you Mr. Scindia" Her hate filled eyes shocked Yash, until now he used to think she don't love him but now he seeing her haters for him.
"Aarti" He took her name, She yanked his hands away.
"I know you don't love me, you can never, I'm stupid, why I gave you a chance, you don't deserve anything" Aarti think that he hasn't changed a bit.
"Just stop it Aarti, do you even know what are you talking ?" Yash made her face him holding her shoulders.
"Yes and you know what I think you are bored of me now because in name of marriage you are just using me for your body pleasure" Aarti blabber anything in rage.
"Aarti" Yash shout in anger.
"I hate you" She moved back crying.
"How can you think so low about me? " He takes two step toward her.
"I just hate you" She cry hating everything around her.
"Aarti" He shake her seeing her murmuring something.
"You don't love me" She looked up to his face as silent tears flowed down her cheeks.
"How I make you believe I love you" He touch her cheek, she grab his shirt into her fists, he hugged her. She clutch on him tightly fearing for something that she herself don't have idea.

Shobha saw Yash entering room with Aarti in his arms, he smile at her uncomfortably and she instantly moved out leaving them alone.
"You love me" Aarti looked Yash when he made her lay on bed.
"Yes I love you more then myself" Yash sat beside her holding her hand.
"Then why are you giving me divorce?" She just want to hear from him that he is not leaving her.
"I'm not divorcing you, I promise" He pull sheet till her neck and smoothed her hair.
"Where are you going? " She stop him holding hand as he get up.
"I need to talk to maa" He moved out after pecking her forehead dearly.

Precap: "Other than me who is trying to kill Yash?" Aarti think sitting in balcony.
