Two things might happen today:
Once preeta thinks that karan wants to marry her, she will confront him..karan who has all the feelings in this world will get sudden shock will word " marriage".. He still has never thought of marriage, is more on carefree side..consequently, preeta will think his feelings are frivolous and he is commitment phobic..so they will again go back to square one
Second thing could be the phone call which we saw in precap..karan will be distracted and will not able to confess properly..this can again lead to some sort of misunderstanding..preeta will accept the proposal as she is not sure if karan is serious
