It's been a long time since I have made a post, so I don't know if this is worth it or not but I really can't help myself. I was scanning the forum up and down when I noticed we mostly have only post related to FF updates or Galleries. That is no small thing considering the show ended six years ago. It was in 2011 that we saw the last episode of our favorite show after so much cries and campaigns in vain. Truth to be told a show as majestic as that deserved a better ending but with the channel shutting down, budget cuts and actors leaving a sinking ship we got a comic show amidst our fav Maaneet who still made the best with what they had. Regardless how it ended GHSP is now regarded as one of the trend setters of Indian TV and the turning point in the careers of everyone involved in that team.

So my point is I stumbled upon a GHSP video on youtube accidentally and found that it was in some other language. It was then I came to know that our show is still hot and running in Indonesia and people are going crazy for this magical couple (yeah we know that!! 😉 😆) That got me curious and I again went back to hotstar and started watching my fav couple again landed right back to our forum and back to my FFs.

If you too have such an experience please feel free to share here. Did you leave the show and came back? If so how? If not, what is keeping you hooked to this show even after all these years? Is there anyone from Indonesia in the forum?

That's one nice post!!!

and to answer your question, no never really left the show. though i regret that i started off a little late, nevertheless once in i just couldn't get over the Maaneet Fever, even with so much happening in personal life (professional life, whatever)

nothing could keep me away from forum.

To be true, I sometime things that i have gotten over the serial, like I mean i haven'e watched it for years (probably 3 or 4, about the same time i am active in forum) except a couple episodes here and there,

but never gotten over maaneet, i tried everything, even tried switching to other couples more than a couple of times, but it just doesn't feel the same really!

Sort of it's a part of my life, even if I leave ever (it can go as far as being inactive on forum for a week), I know i will be back here always.

Man, that was one helluva speech!! 😆

never thought i am still so emotional about it 🤣

Well thats what Maaneet make us do.

I had to go through a lot of different contents to get over them (Game of Thrones, TWD and many more 😲)

And then all it took to come back was one video 😕😆 I remember watching that fake engagement cake cutting scene and dadi hiding the ring and then I thought one more , one more and here I am 😳

When I joined IF back in this july I too made such post! However the response was low. Beautiful post. I can totally relate to you! Looks like I need to comment back on that post of mine as well!

Don't feel bad about the low response. Most of the members now receive PMs for the FFs. So there is less activity on the forum. We can small efforts to keep it lively.

Please do post more stuff now and then. I am sure if more are aware they would be more active.

Hi dear, yes I did comment back! And yeah I didn't pm anyone! And the low response I expected that! And at my introductory post I was oblivious if anyone still is here!!

Actually am, very new to IF and at that time I was a newborn if i compare my current new status! Thanks for your reply! 😊
