Who is Goddess LAKSHMI ?

First of all I want to know who is Lakshmi to Utkarsh Naithini ?

How does he perceive her & what does he think of her ?

Does he think of her as a Goddess or just some helpless ordinary Devi ?

Or does he think that Lakshmi is a princess or something who is only known as the wife of Lord Narayana & nothing else ?

I mean seriously what did I just watch in yesterday's episode of Mahakali ???!!!

Did they really show like Maha Lakshmi being pulled by an asura's black magic and Vishnu himself is sending his wife to narkasur ??? REALLY ???????

I couldn't digest when this show's Narayan was telling Lakshmi that she must go to narkasur in order to fulfill Mahadev's boon !!!

And another disgusting part was narkasur doing voodoo magic on Lakshmi. He was having a doll that resembles Mahakali serial's funny looking Lakshmi and treating it like a voodoo doll . It was like adding fuel to the fire.

Man was it really necessary to show narkasur tying rope around that doll of Lakshmi and controlling her using his black magic? Seriously what the hell is wrong with this director and the writer ??????

It was ridiculous to see a Maha Shakti being under the spell of an asur !

Goddess Maha Lakshmi is not some toy to play with .

Does Utkarsh Naithini considers only Parvati as Goddess & the rest of Mahadevis like Lakshmi and Sarswati as some dumb ladies ?

The first episode already showcased Lakshmi and Saraswati as some helpless ladies running around from asuras .

Also they showed Goddess Narasinghi Devi getting beaten up by asurs .

In many texts Narasinghi Devi is mentioned as an incarnation of Lakshmi and the Shakti and feminine form of Lord Narasimha .

So the way they showed asuras beating on her butt and holding her neck was quiet disturbing to watch !!!

Would it have been acceptable is Parvati is shown in such a manner ???

Tooo much of "creative liberty" I would say !!!

Many people may think that I'm being negative and complaining a lot .

With all my will power I really tried my best to see the positive side of the show .

But I can't stay quiet when such great God and Goddess are being ridiculed in order to make the main lead look more powerful. No sensible person can tolerate such non-sense.

Cvs are just taking the audiences for granted .

Seriously I would have quit watching and given up on this show long ago if SRJ is not in it .

And Utkarsh Naithini is doing it again! Last night he tweeted like SRJ has a gift for his fans on this coming Saturday's episode . He creates so much of hype and excitement in fan's minds in order to hide the brutal flaws he makes in his writings .

Even though I'm quiet irritated with this current track , I'm still looking forward to watch it especially after reading this tweet. Because I love Sourabh's acting very much and waiting to see his performance.

See how clever UN is ???? He's taking advantage of the loyal fandoms of SRJ !

One must learn marketing from this guy !!!

Sorry if I'm ranting a lot and spreading negativity .

I would be ashamed of myself if I didn't voice up after watching such a horrible depiction of LakshmiNarayan .

I honestly feel like there's no need to drag them into this Kali drama and leave them alone for goodness sake . If the makers don't have the ability to show them in good light then it's better not to show them at all .

Happy. you realised how it feels when our great gods and goddesses are shown in a humiliatingly poor light. UN excelled himself in insulting our most worshipped Devine persons male or female. Seriously there is no need to highlight folk stories adding creative stuff that make the viewers bend heads and feel shame.

Just watchrd the epi. This is just too much. They could have just showed something like Narakasur forcing Lakshmi to give him lots if riches since hechas a vardaan rather than kidnapping her. Come on. This is one of the three most powerful goddesses we are talking about. The consort of Lord Vishnu himself.

In her human form as Sita she was kidnapped by Ravaan. That is understandable. That was necessary for Ravan's death. But what is this? Adishakti is not just Parvati but Lakshmi as well and she was kidnapped just like that ?????

The show is named Mahakali. That doesn't mean everyone else is sidelined. This is too much.

I agree with you Nivi. If not for SRJ I would have stopped watching the show long back. And UN does use that. To ensure that he gives us some beautiful Shiv Gauri scenes. And we keep watching.

The Matrika goddesses were insulted no one raised voice. Mahalakshmi Mahasaraswati were ill treated none felt bad except a few. Now the goddess of riches is shown like a Hindi movie heroine who is trapped in the den of a villian.

If Adi Sankaracharya is alive today he would have invoked Mahalakshmi herself to punish this arrogant writer. I hope you all know when Sankaracharya recited Kanakadharastavam in praise of Mahalakshmi to bestow wealth on a poor lady,Lakshmi showered gold coins before her hut ( of the poor lady),

The show is made to satisfy fan groups . There lies the truth

I completely agree with you this week episodes has been so disappointment; not only Goddess Laxmi but even Mahadev was shown in very poor light; if Sunday epi was an insult to Ma Laxmi then Sat episode was equally insulting to Mahadev; the new meaning of Bholenath that UN found out was extremely distasteful and wow what a better way to insult him by none other than Narayan and his beloved wife Gauri who felt that Mahadev won't repeat the same (mistake)?? 🤢 Mistake was the word used for Mahadev by Parvati and Narayan felt that just coz he is easily pleased by his devotees he makes mistakes.. Extreme insult to Great God/Goddess. 🤢
Years bk there were shows like DBSK nd JSK where though extreme creative liberty were used fictional stories were shown, not for once also other God or Goddess were belittle or insulted.. I wished UN would have follow the same trend even if he wants to show fictionalize stories; it would be better not to insult other God and Goddess and hurt viewers sentiments!!!
