I'm actually flabbergasted after seeing the new olv where neil says he has a daughter with juhi. We all know that neil is the perfect male lead, so clearly he is lying and all those spoilers about GM's son, vidyut having raped juhi and impregnating her, resulting in a child are true. So in this case, neil is lying that the child is his to protect juhi's self-respect. I repeat, to protect juhi's self-respect, he is lying to AVNI that juhi's child born out of wedlock is his.
Does Juhi's self-respect need protecting against avni of all people? he knows avni is an illegitimate child, and how much she has had to bear due to this stigma, so would she not be understanding of what happened to juhi if she knew the truth and support neil in giving juhi's child his name?
I just don't understand his logic behind lying to avni of all people when he already knows her all too well. With what intention is he exactly hiding the truth from avni, who has done more for juhi than even he has?
Any woman would feel extremely hurt and insecure being told such a thing by her husband, and I'm sure neil knew it would shock and hurt her, but he would also know, knowing avni's past that she would accept the child and not be angry like any other woman would be...so why not tell her the truth that juhi was raped and the child is a result of rape? Why, despite knowing avni's nature all too well does he risk hurting avni by lying, whilst also expecting her to accept he has a child with another woman by making her believe the child IS his? What would he do then if avni was hurt and instead of being understanding and accept it, she would have been mad at him and upset? Clearly he knew she wouldn't have been angry at him, so why even hide the truth in the first place?
So many questions. To me this just seems like a massive blunder by the cv's for the sake of drama, because something this stupid and incomprehensible is so unlike neil. This is why I can't stand tracks with ex's returning, because they always end up making a fool out of the male leads and make them act out of character like doing something stupid that hurts the female lead or not trusting her in some situation or the other.
