What would you do?

I have a simple 'logic' question and I hope some of you will give your feedback on this.

Let's assume you start receiving offensive emails from a co-worker. Sexual and stalkerish in nature. What is your first reaction. You have no prior history with this co-worker, no prior history except professional and maybe you've partied together a few times.

a) Send an email back, asking the person to stop and this is inappropriate.
b) Make a phone call to this co-worker, remember it's not a stranger and asking them to behave themselve.
c) Talk to a common friend/co-worker. Take them into your confidence and ask them to speak to the person.
d) Ignore all emails, collect them and take them to police commissioner.

The important thing to note here is that this person is at the very least an acquaintance, not a stranger who might be dangerous.

Again just a simple logic question that I want people to ask themselves.

I admit I haven't watched the whole interview but in a snippet he says that he chose to ignore all this and then he went to the police commissioner who asked him not to contact Kangana.

If he did all this, then I stand corrected but if he didn't then it's a very weird way to react to some obnoxious emails from a person you know. Not a dangerous stalker.

I would advise you to watch the whole thing 1st and then form an opinion and not go by bits and pieces.

a) He didn't want to start any correspondence with her as it might inflame her further.
b) Same above.
c) He claims he talked to several industry people and her mentors too but somehow nothing came out of it.
d) He ignored them, after some abusive mail (in Nov?) he reported it to the cyber cops.

The (c) part is where I feel Hrithik is lying. He had already contacted Rangoli before to tell her it was the wrong email id, he could've told her that Kangana was harassing him via emails, but no. Apparently he went to the Mumbai Police Commissioner Ahmed who advised him to not try any contact with her as matters could escalate into something far more serious. The way Hrithik described their convo, like he was receiving nudes from Dawood Ibrahim's wife or something. Regardless of how truthful he is on what he did to stop receiving the mails, Hrithik is not the aggressor in the case. Kangana's claims that she shared the password with him šŸ˜• and he hacked her account to send the mails to himself make zero sense and also inconsistent.

I don't think anyone could've acted in a better way than Hrithik..
Most men would take advantage of such emails from a girl or would brag about it that such a high profile actress is lusting after him. He's a decent man. I trust him when he admits on TV that his Macbook Pro does not have a block option, but he did flag her mails that went into what he called "junkbox"

At KJO's birthday party on May 24, where Kangana thanked himfor praising Queen over an email, he was shocked and DOES ask her what email, and clarifies even the email-id with her, she just walks away and sends him a barrage of SMS the next day, on May 25.

Isn't that some "clarification" ???

He also tells Rangoli about the emails and then what does he get - abusive replies!

What's a person supposed to do... and he has led a life of so many years, has himself admitted that he has received "such" emails from girls before and thought this would die down by ignoring like he always did... now he isn't GOD to know that this issue would turn into such a sticky ugly mess, is he? He's a mere mortal.

He's been careful, because in such cases it is always the male who is targetted, what should he have done??? He's taken advice from many people.

This is a sensitive issue, he's handled it very delicately, with patience and with dignity for himself and the other party. šŸ‘

I've just read in another thread asking why he didn't open the door when Kangana knocked in a drunk state... W*F DO YOU GUYS WANT! Imagine if he had opened the door on her! ...he has the decency to call her sister and inform her. He should tell a drunk girl to go away, who comes alone to his room at the hotel??? Have you ever dealt with a drunk person?

This forum really amazes me.
