In these months Gupta family invite Maan and Geet to dinner and they also over there also they went to stay in Gupta mansion which is in Mumbai where they all tell Geet about her past life also tired to make her remember about her past but sometimes it was difficult for her to remember these things as she felt terrible headache, after that they stop making her remember about her past as she was now in her last month which is not good for her. Geet started to accept Anurag and Prena acne call them mama and papa also she call Kaskish and Sujal as Bhai and Bhabhi, Guptas also accept Maan whole heartedly and his respect increase for him they know how Maan accept their daughter when she didn't have any proper surname also doesn't have any memory and her identity.
Maan, Dev and Sujal were with their wife but now these 3 girls were having road side food because of Geet who mood swings God know now Maan and Sujal left to call girls while having discussions about business but Dev couldn't come as he got call. Other-side Geet was coming back toward their car as Meera and Kaskish were still eating but her step froze when someone hit from back on her head, blood started to flow, her eyes start to close also she can hear a person laughing voice as he was laughing crazily, she was again hit by that person.
She slowly turn back and saw that person was holding stick in his hand and laughing like a mad person also can from back she hear her name, she know that person is her husband and brother who are calling her. And then he again tried to hit her on left side as she was holding her herd from right side, her dress was full of blood, now that person was again going to hit her but he was held by Sujal also Geet who was going to fall down she was held by Maan who was panic seeing her like this and he call her.
M. Geet Geet open your eyes (she just saw Maan face and then she slowly said him.

Maan took Geet to hospital as she still didn't open her eyes and the doctors immediately took her to operation theatre as Maan told her doctor what has happen. As they took to Geet operation theatre, Dev, Meera, Sujal, Kaskish also with other family members come as Meera and Kaskish call them and tell them what happened. They were also praying to God for Geet and baby safety but Maan was tense also he was trying to be strong also in heart he was scared for both of them but then doctor come and Maan ask her.
M. Doctor how is my wife and my baby (as he said this, his heartbeat was really heart also doctor face was not telling him anything it was scaring him but then doctor said him.
