As annoyed as I am that Neil runs out on Avni at the same time it would have been out of character for him to just continue without showing any care for Juhi. Neil is human, he has his flaws and this is going to be one of those situations where he will take Avni's love for granted. It won't be intentional but in a moment of impulse he will bring out those insecurities and hurt her badly. I hope he is shown apologizing later on and making it up to Avni.
