Nakul tells Simran that she was responsible for his separation with his wife. She is surprised and Abhi and she go to Saakshi's place to speak with her. She agrees and tells them how she was not interested in going back to Canada with Nakul since he had told her that they were going to be in Canada only for 3 years but had later decided not to come back at all. Simran assures her that she could remain in the hospital. Saakshi communicates the same to Nakul. Kiran sets up home in a new smaller place and tries to call Yash to inform him, but cannot get across. Meanwhile, Yash comes to India and finds out her new address and comes over to see her. He tells her that he was upset since he had not been sent the money. He goes to Anil to ask him for the money but Anil refuses to pay him saying he may not even be his father. Yash says that he would get a DNA test done to prove it but Kiran tells him not to since Anil is not his father. She doesn't reveal the fact that Abhi is his father, to Yash.
