Hi friends back with new update .
Part 8
Raman was gone ,while ishita was still looking to his retreating figure ,while he left from there happily . He then went to doctor ,talked to him about ruhi and told him to take extra care of her . Doctor assured him that ruhi will be treated as special patient . Raman reached office and all got silent noticing his presence while he smiled and went to his cabin .He then called the peon and spoke giving some money to him " go and bring some sweets and snacks for everyone. "
Peon saw him with questioning eyes when he spoke " kya ,today I m happy and wanna share my happiness with my staff ,now go and bring some nice sweet and distribute to everyone ".
He spoke this flashing his beautiful smile while peon too smiled and left .Then he called mihir and told everything to him ,mihir too got happy listening to him .He never wanted that Raman should go behind ishita but now he had come to know that how much Raman loves ishita ,he quickly prayed matarani not to break Raman's heart again .
Raman told mihir to inquire about ishita's husband as he wanted to know ishitas place in his life . In afternoon he send a file to ishita ,to keep her busy as he very well know that she will be bored alone and as he thought she was waiting for the work .She thanked the person and started doing the work as amma appa was not there and ruhi too was sleeping ,ishita don't have any work to do . In the evening when Raman entered ruhi's cabin he saw ruhi crying bitterly ,he went near to them and was about to ask why ruhi is crying when he noticed that ishita was changing her cloths as ruhi has wet her cloths . He saw the file which he has send was kept in table while the sheet in which she was drawing the design was kept opened in the table . After changing ruhi's cloths ishita saw Raman as she wanted to feed ruhi but was feeling awkward in Raman's presence. Raman noticed that and was going out when a nurse entered the room a list of medicines and spoke forwarding it to him " these are medicines and injections for today and tomorrow morning ,bring them ".
R- ok sister .
Saying so he took the prescription and went out ,after some times when he returned her saw ishita was keeping ruhi on her shoulder and was patting her . He kept the medicine in the table and called ruhi " rooh ".
Ruhi immediately got up and checked here and there that from where his voice has come ,that's when he patted slowly on her head ,she looked up then to him and smiled fully .He opened his hands for her and she jumped in his arms . Raman held her with his both arms and asked making her look at him ," my rooh was missing me haan ".
For which ruhi only giggled when ishita instructed Raman not to hold her too high as she just had her milk and hadn't burped yet .Raman kept her in his shoulder and patted as ishita was doing and ruhi burped ,he then saw ishita and asked " now it's ok ".
Ishita nodded ,Raman then sat on couch ,kept his one leg on another one making place for ruhi ,he settled her in it and started playing with her talking any thing and everything while she was giggling listening to his every talk . Seeing ruman busy ,ishita settled on her place and started doing her work when Raman passed her an envelope .She held her and saw Raman asking what's it ,he told her to open and check ,she did same and saw it was her appointment letter as his PA . She saw him when he spoke ," I m not pressurizing you to come tomorrow itself ,after ruhis operation when she will fully recover then only you come to my office ,till then you can help me like this .,"
He spoke shoeing her work ,ishita answered " but sir its not right ,I cannot take salary without doing my work , making some designs is not my work ,rather a pa job includes many more which I cannot perform at this point of time ."
R- who is the boss me or you .
I- you .
R- then let me decide what's your nature of job ,moreover I will make you do almost all the works a pa do .
Ishita didn't argued him more though she was not liking his so much interference in her life .After thinking for sometimes ishita spoke " sir I want to clear one thing ".
R- bolo
I- sir I m not going to agree for this relationship, today tomorrow day after tomorrow, a week ,a month or even a year .please don't waste your precious time and life on me .
R- ishita m I asking you to marry me ,m I asking you to spend time with me ,m I begging you to love me,nahi na then why are you spending your precious time and mind in thinking about our relationship . let it be like this only .
Ishita made face and started doing her work when he asked " had you told about ruhis health to your husband ".
I- no .
R- why.
I- because I know ,he is least bothered about it .He will be happy when I will tell him about my baby's disease.
R- ok tell me you love rooh more or her father.
I- what type of question is this .
R- answer me .
I- of course ruhi .
R- are you people divorced .
I- not yet ,even we hadn't filed any divorce case yet.
R- why .if you know that he will not come to you as he knows you love ruhi more than him moreover you don't wanna go back to him then why are you still in this relationship.
Ishita left the work there itself and went from there ,she sat on the stool and started arranging ruhi's stuff ,Raman find it weird and he too went to her and spoke " what's this ishita I was talking to you and you came here without answering me ,aise koi karta hai kya ,see rooh mamma is so bad she is not answering papa ".
He spoke this looking to ruhi as if complaining to her . Ishita again got up and went to window without speaking anything ,Raman too went behind her and spoke " ishita I m talking to you and you are just ignoring, why ".
I-(almost shouting )- can't you get such simple think that if I m not talking about anything and ignoring it that means I don't wanna talk about it .
R- what .
I- yes sir , I don't wanna talk about him or you .Just because you are helping me that doesn't mean that I will come and fall in your arms ,arey I m also human being ,I too have emotions. I m a simple purely Indian girl .Though I had left my husband for my daughter but that doesn't mean that from very next day I will form and new relationship and will start living with another man .its just few months we are apart and you want me to form a new relationship. Nahi hoga mujhse ,bhale hi main usse pyaar na karoon but at the same time I can't accept any other person also . I m very very much thankful to you for helping me on my hard time and I also told you that I will do anything in return for it ,even also I can spend a night with you but cannot marry you as if I do so I will be cheating you which I cannot do .
R(angrily)- enough ishita enough,if you can't reciprocate my love please don't insult it . Had I ever tried to touch you forcefully ,nahi na then how can you talk to me like this .Like you I also cannot jump on from one relationship to another but as you had started this I wanna clear one thing . After today I will never tell you to accept my love but at the same time you will not stop me to meet and be with Ruhi ,tumhe mujhe apna humsafar nahi manna hai koi bast nahi but you will never stop me to be ruhis father as she has accepted me wholeheartedly unlike you . I m and will be her father always ,no one ,I repeat no one will take my place in her life on even her real father, got that .
Saying so he kept ruhi on the bed , pecked her forehead and left the place ,ruhi started crying ,opening her arms for him ,he turned for a while and then went from there . Both ishra were too restless that night as both were fighting with their emotions and feelings .
Next day was ruhi's operation ,Raman was not willing to go there as he was actually hurt with ishita's words but he went to hospital as he want to be with ruhi at the time of her operation . Thinking so he went to hospital only to find ishita alone ,she informed that they are preparing for saline and all pre operation arrangements .He saw ishita her face was dull and fear was clearly visible on her eyes. He asked for her parents she told that they hadn't yet come .Raman consoled her that tgey must be on the way and went to meet doctor ,to know about the operation ,Raman told him to be extra care full at the time of performing operation while doctor assured that its not a very huge but a simple operation which will surely be successful but as the baby is too small people get scared . Raman asked if he can be with them at the time of operation ,the doctor denied straight saying he will feel uncomfortable around baby's parents .Raman agreed and went to iyers ,he cajoled them that everything will be alright . He was still talking when a compounder showed up with a tray. The compounder took ruhi from ishita, lays her on bed and told ishita to leave her ,but she told that she is ok ,she can hold ruhi .He nodded and rubbed ruhi's tiny hands with wet cotton and held it tightly so that he can see the nerve and poke the needle in it ,to attach it to the IV tube . He saw the green nerve and poked the needle in ruhi's soft skin ,she cried loudly ,while ishita turned her face ,not able to bear the pain her little baby was bearing . Ishita turned her face and saw Raman who was holding the handle of chair with all his force while his eyes were closed tightly as if the needle was piercing in his body,ruhi continued to cry loudly and the compounder continued his work while ishra were closing their eyes feeling ruhi's pain .
After a while ,ishita stays there while Raman went out of the room ,couldn't able to see the pain little ruhi was going on ,while ishita remains there .After few minutes he saw compounder going out from the room ,Raman immediately went inside and took crying ruhi in his arms and hugged her close to his heart , then he rocked to pacify her while ishita couldn't stop herself and admire ruman bond .The poor kid was still crying while raman was trying his level best to stop her ,he saw ishita with questioning eyes as if asking how to stop her when ishita forwarded her hands ,Raman gave ruhi to ishita ,she lays her in her lap and rocked to stop her while ruhi started sucking Ishita's peeks over her cloths, ishita felt shy while Raman understood and turned to go when he noticed that ruhi was holding his index finger firmly ,he tried to pull his finger but every time he do so ,she held her more firmly,finally he freed this finger and was going when ruhi again started crying more bitterly ,ishra saw each other ,ishita signalled him to give his finger and turned to other side to feed ruhi .Soon her cries stop ,but was still holding Raman's finger and having hee milk while ishra were sitting opposite to each other and their back was facing.
