Part 12
Ishita entered the iyer house ,down casting her eyes .She was feeling bad with the way she behaved with his parents in morning ,though she has done this to save herself from entering that horrible marriage but at the same time she has hurt her parents . Ishita went slowly to her father who was waiting for her ,she sat beside him for sometimes ,he was about to say something but before that she broke into tears and spoke "I m sorry appa ,I m so sorry ,I didn't want to do it but it was suffocating and I was getting a better opportunity, I tried a lot but couldn't over look it . I had hurt you such appa ,I m so sorry ".
Appa- (caressing her back)- you don't need to say rather ,rather we are sorry , we just wanted you to get married never thought about your happiness ,we are happy that Raman saved us from doing such huge mistake ,either I would not be able to forgive ourself .
The father daughter were still in hug when amma came with hot steaming filter coffee ,she let it on table and spoke " I m sorry too kanna ,it was me because of whom this all was happening ,but now I m happy that finally you are getting what you deserve. I m so thankful to murugan who has saved me from ruining my own daughters happiness ."
They talked for sometimes then amma told ishita to go and rest and she has to look fresh next day on her wedding . Ishita went to room and sat on the bed ,she saw her packed bag and recalled morning incident, when she was not having cloths and Raman denied her to come to iyer house thinking they will mock that Raman bhalla cannot afford his wife's cloths . Till now she was not able to enjoy or be happy in anything as she was feeling guilty but after her parents acceptance , everything seems to be nice .She recalled all their morning moments and smiled thinking how cute ,that rude and arrogant Raman bhalla can be .
She was all lost in his thoughts when ruhi came running to her and asked " ishita aunty aap to mere mamma ban chuke ho na ".
Ishita nodded then ruhi asked with angry pout " phir aap yahaan kyun aaye (then why did you come here )."
Ishita smiled listening to her thinking, till yesterday she was so unwanted but today she got two person who so want her in their life .She made ruhi sit in her lap and spoke " won ruhi kya hai na ,mamma papa is not fully married na ,to I can't live in your house that's why I have to come here ".
Ru(almost crying )- to kya aap hamare ghar nahi aayengi .
I- aaungi beta , not today but tomorrow .
Ru- why not today .
I- kyunki kal mamma,aur papa ki shaadi hai .I will get married to your papa tomorrow then I will come permanently to that house .
They were talking when ruhi spoke " I love you mamma ".
I- (hugging her )- I love you too betu .
Ru- mamma mere bana do na .
I- ok .
Saying so ishita started combing ruhi's long silky hairs when ruhi spoke " mamma we are going to out ".
I- where bachche .
Ru- pata nahi but me ,papa ,dadi and dadu, we all are going .
I- okk
Ru- ok mumma I m going .
Saying so ruhi pecked Ishita's cheek and ran away from there .Ishita wondered where bhalla's are going ,then thought may be they were going for buying things for marriage ,she smiled thinking about her marriage ,assuming her as bride and Raman as groom .
Then she stood in balcony to see bhalla's and saw all of them going together .She was looking them ,when Raman lifted his head and saw her ,she thought to go when he gave a flying kiss to her ,she blushed and her ckeek turned red on his act ,she ran inside while he smiled fully and settled in car . Soon they drove away from there , as bhalla's don't have much time ,they all are going for shopping to pick some cloths for everybody ,along with some bridal attire and matching jewelries.
Later in night Ishita was holding her phone and was thinking " should I myself call him ,no no its 11.30 in night what he will think ,moreover rooh is also not fine , may be father daughter must have slept early ".
Thinking so she kept the phone aside and start thinking about the happenings of the day ,then she talked to herself " nahi nahi ,I have seen everybody going out ,they had not returned yet ,kahan gaye honge, he don't even tell me where he went ,all went leaving me ,aise koi karta hai kya .".
She made a baby face thinking all bhalla's went somewhere leaving her . She then again picked the phone and spoke " I should call and ask where everybody is ,arey ruhi is not well and she needs rest ,they must have returned bit early na ,haan ye theek rahega ,if he will ask ,I will tell that I called to ask about ruhi's health ,yes this will be ok ."
Talking so she took the phone and was about to call him when vandu entered the room with two cups if coffee ,ishita immediately cut the call and hided it under the pillow ,vandu saw her narrowing her eyes and asked " what are you hiding ishu ".
I(stammering)- nahi akka its just my phone .
V- were you calling someone.
I- nahi to ,itni raat ko whom I will call at this hour.
V- show me .
Saying so she took ishita's phone and saw the last called number ,then she saw ishita and asked " do you like him ".
Ishita thought for a while then spoke " akka you know till today morning ,I didn't have any feeling for him ,neighter good nor bad .He was only ruhi's father for me ,the kid whom I love a lot and like to spend time . But after today morning I my thinking about him changed ,I actually started liking him . Though like you I too thought that he is rude , arrogant drunkard person but later when i started spending time i came to know that he is nice person and after spending a day with him ,I realized that he is such a sweet as well as cute person .
V- oops seem someone is falling for that rude Kumar .
I- ( smiling shyly )- he is not rude but sweet Kumar .
Like this they talked for late night and finally slept . On the other hand bhalla's did shopping till late night ,actually the shop owner from where they shopped know bhalla's ,so they opened their shop till late for them .It was about 12.00 o'clock when they returned ,all tired and restless .They all retired to their room and slept immediately as next day was the big day .
Next morning ishita was standing in her balcony waiting to see a glimpse of either Raman or ruhi so that she can know about them but they were hell tired last night and were sleeping till late . Ishita got bit worried ,not noticing anulyone from bhalla family ,their door was also closed ,she thought for sometimes then called Raman ,he was in deep sleep so couldn't pick her call making her more worry .She called about four times but he didn't picked the call ,she was so tensed ,was on verge of crying ,she thought to go directly to bhalla's if he didn't picked the call .Actually as the marriage is today itself ,she was not allowed to meet bhalla's ,especially Raman ,that's why she was looking for any of them to know about their whereabouts but non was visible .
Thinking so she gave him and final call and finally when she ended the call ,she noticed that someone has picked the call ,she tried to call again but now it was engaged .Getting disheartened she finally kept the phone aside and was going to tell vandu to go and check bhalla's when her phone buzzed ,she picked the phone in jiffy ,noticing the screen flashing his number .
I- he. hel, hello, Mr bhalla .
R(still sleepy)- humm Raman bol raha hoon ,bolo ishita why did you called at this early morning .
I- (angrily )- early morning ,early morning is this early morning ,its 8.30 in morning Mr bhalla ,where are you people .
R- 8.30 oops saade aath baj gaye .sorry slept bit late and what type of question is this where are you ,ghar pe hoon aur kahan hounga .
I- (getting worried)-why you people are sleeping till late ,tabiyat to theek haina .
R- haan baba we all are alright ,actually last night we returned very late that to hell tired that's why we are sleeping .
I- where you all went last night .
R- arey today is my marriage so we went to pick some important things and cloths for marriage but we got late . (after thinking for awhile )- were you missing us .
Ishita got startled listening to his questions, she was searching for suitable answer when Raman asked again " you didn't answered me."
I(lost)- haan .
R- where you missing us .
I- actually I didn't see any of you from morning ,ruhi too didn't come to me ,so I thought to ask .
Raman smiled fully listening that she was missing them and asked " where are you ,should I come to meet you ".
I- no no ,we can't meet today as today is our marriage .
R- ok we will not meet but I wanna see you ,come to balcony .
I(meekly )- I m here only .
That's when she heard the sound of door opening and saw him coming out from the balcony wearing a light green short and white pant ,his hairs were messed up as he had just woke .He was looking cute in his careless look while ishita was fully dressed in yellow saree as her haldi function was going to held . They saw each other and their eyes got locked for brief eyelock ,he smiled on her sight while she down casted her eyes feeling his gaze in her . He wished good morning to her ,she too wished him back ,he complimented her for her look while she informed that her haldi was going to start . He informed that they are just getting up and he don't know what his mother has decided .They were talking when Toshij entered his room and told " Raman puttar kahan hai ,chal cheti taiyaar ho ja , teri haldi honi hai kuch der mein ".
At the same time ishita was also called, ishra bid adieu to each other and then went inside .
