@chicksoup that is what I call path crossing. In a similar situation what will you do. Only then we can question the right and wrong of another person.

Similar situation is the keyword Shruthi.

For that the possibilities you listed one are not a match. Anami has to be married and then she has to have twins and should be forced - for a valid reason - to give away one.

In that situation also, she might choose both her children and threaten to walk away.
So, Anami should have been brought up and married off and taught to think only in specific way, as Satrupa was forced to, in a patriarchal society... then she might have acted like her mother too.

Life is unpredictable, one can never predict what will happen and how one will respond.

Anami is at an age where things are either right or wrong, there's no middle ground for her. She doesn't understand the complex world of Lal mahal and the people living in it.

Dadiji words to Baldev that no child has grown enough to demand apologies from the mother is true. This is applicable to Anami too. At the moment she's justified in her responses to Satrupa but to claim she won't do what her mother did is too tall a claim to make that too when her journey has just begun!!

Life has a funny way of making us eat our words later on. Never say never is a golden rule one must remember.

Sudha's ruthless and her mind is fixed on revenge against the Lal Mahal people. Her son doesn't matter to her, her eyes are blind to Narottam's thirst for love.
Her heart has been hardened by the past nothing can shift her focus from her plans to payback those wjo who have taken away her Haq!!
Her confidence that she'll receive peace in exchange for pain is an illusion in her disturbed mind. Pain yields discomfort and it leads to unrest physically and mentally. Peace cannot thrive in a painful environment. Only love and healing can bring about peace.

Narottam has no peace, his self inflicted wounds brings him no relief, his mother's bitterness reminds him of darkness and revenge. None of it brought a smile to his face only Anami's acknowledgement, her acceptable of him brought peace into his heart, her actions became a balm to his wounded soul!!
