i feel narottam condition will be similar to that of karna was for duryodhan
narottam will be same to shudha
narottam has never got love or anything whatever he has got was from his mother although even after understanding that his mother was only using him he will not leave loyalty toward his mother like karna when he came to know that duryodhan is wrong and whatever he was doing was for his benefit he was not able to leave him and lastly got sacrificed
similar will be state of narottam when he will realise the truth his hate for lal mahal and the rein of nine moth in mother womb or whatever he got from his mother will overcome his love for anami and in his loyalty he will sacrifice atlast because he will understand that truth and dharma always win
