Today's episode was a key one after the revelation on Saturday and Anami's heartbreaking knowledge of Vatsalya and the CVs did not disappoint. Today's episode was dedicated to accusations, not the entire episode but most of it.
First off hats off to Murari Pathak. What a father! He knows exactly what to say and at the right time. He understands his family like no one ever has. He knows how far to go and trusts his upbringing enough to know that Anami will make the right decision. And he handled Madhu so well as well. Well done. While I know that Murari Pathak, Madhu, and Ladoo won't be seen often, their few scenes are a treat because they help Anami pave the way forward.
And Anami made the right decision. No matter how heartwrenching and against her wishes it was, she made the decision for her brother, her soul connection. She decided not to break free and not see Vatsalya again, but go back and ensure his death was not in vain. She refuses to retreat like a coward, but instead face the brutal Lal Mahal head-on and win. Now begins Anami's tryst with the chakravyuh. Up until now she was an unwilling participant, thrown into something headfirst that she did not want to be a part of, but now she has made her choice and will stick to it no matter what.
Poonam has grown so much! From this scared spy to Anami's Daamo, she has come a long way. Far enough that she was willing to bear the brunt of her didi running away, but she didn't want her didi to suffer in Lal Mahal. The 2 characters are really evolving together. As Anami grows out of her resistant stage to revenge stage, Poonam is growing out of her spy stage to her shield stage. As they grow further, I can see Poonam really standing up for Anami when the time comes for it.
Satrupa has a lot more to suffer before she is finally seen as a mother by Anami or anyone for that matter. For now only Gayatri is giving her a chance and understanding her, but no one else will. Satrupa both deserved every bit of what Anami said and didn't. She did because her one decision separated two siblings who didn't deserve this. She did because her greed for power, money, and status sent Anami, a girl and her firstborn, far off. She did because then she decided to wrench Anami out of her well-settled life for her own selfish reasons. She did because she never once tried to introduce Anami to Vatsalya and talk about Vatsalya with her. At the same time she didn't because she didn't know how Anami would react. She didn't know that Anami had already met Vatsalya. She didn't know that Anami would care so much about a brother she didn't even know about. The rakshasutra bracelet had the biggest significance here because that was what really affected Satrupa. Up until Anami showed the bracelet, her anger just seemed like that of a rebellious teen's, but as soon as Satrupa saw the bracelet she realized that Anami wasn't just a rebellious teen. She was an angry young girl who hated Satrupa from the core for separating her from her soul connection. Satrupa was already being hated by Anami for wrenching her from her house, but now Satrupa will have to bear the brunt of Anami's hatred for separating her from her brother as well.
Adhiraj's anger at first didn't make any sense, but I took a step back and looked at the situation from his perspective and realized why he was angry. He sided by Anami and thought of using her as a first step to attack Lal Mahal because he was convinced that Anami didn't actually belong. He thought that her DNA test would come out to be negative and it would be proven that she wasn't Baldev's daughter. He would then score a point, get Anami back to her house, and get a way into Lal Mahal to continue the investigation into Vatsalya's death and take his revenge. But suddenly Anami was proven to be Baldev's daughter. In his eyes that and the fact that Anami was still in Lal Mahal and hadn't runaway, made it look like Anami had faked the DNA test or that she had known all along and had just been stringing Adhiraj along. She made Adhiraj look like an idiot in front of Ila, in front of his senior, in front of Dheeru, and, most importantly, in front of himself. Not only that, but now Adhiraj will have to use and hurt Anami in his bid to get revenge from Lal Mahal or he'll lose sight of his revenge and antagonize his own father. Anami, in a way, has left him in a fix or a chakravyuh of his own. Even though Anami doesn't know all this, Adhiraj just feels she does and that's why he's angry at her.
Now from Anami's perspective, she's perplexed and lost as to why Adhiraj is angry at her. She thought that in all this Adhiraj would be the one person who would understand her predicament and side by her, but instead he's accused of her being involved in some intricate plan to make him into a fool. She was at a loss for words because she didn't understand the real crux of Adhiraj's anger. She only saw it as another loss for her. Now she only has Poonam on her side.
The precap is interesting. While on one hand Adhiraj is already starting to crack from the pressure of the chakravyuh he's in, Anami is making her plans even under all the pressure of everyone hating her except Gayatri and Satrupa. Better yet, she doesn't even care that no one likes her. She just wants to avenge Vatsalya and herself and get out of there. But Adhiraj now needs to pull up his socks and get into the crux of the chakravyuh to not only take his revenge, but also to save his relationship with Anami, the one true relationship he's made in all this. What was also interesting in the precap is how Narottam is once again missing from the family gathering. Vikramaditya is still in the hospital, but Narottam is once again a ghost, a shadow, a nobody in the eyes of Lal Mahal. The day Narottam's reality and his game is revealed, it will be the biggest shock for all of Lal Mahal.
