Ishita looked at him and said -u really love me naa.
Raman nodded in yes and said -yes jaan, I love u alot. He said knowing well that she need much assurance.
Ishita -will u love me. I want to feel ur love.she said looking at him, Raman look at her and could feel her restlessness. For her making love to her is more like an assurance to her that he really love her. It's not about lust but about his pure feelings, pure love for her. It was real love making for her then just sex.

Next morning ishita woke up first, she looked around and find herself caged between ruman. Both were hugging her tightly from either sides. She closed her eyes feeling blessed to have both of them on her side. She kissed the little temple of her daughter and then turned to raman and kissed his temple too. Then she silently got up not to disturb their sound sleep and went to freshen up.
After ten minutes, she came out to take her clothes and find raman trying to pull ruhi's little hand to him saying -come naa jaan,kitni dur soyi hai. He was pulling Ruhi and saying this with closed eyes only.
Ishita smiled seeing this and went to him and said shaking Raman -raman dekh toh lijiye, kisse khinch rahen hai, woh aapki biwi nahi beti hai.
Raman got up in a nano second hearing this and looked around and saw he was actually pulling Ruhi in his sleep thinking her to be Ishita.
Raman -hey bhagwaan, what I was doing. Agar Ruhi uth jaati toh kya kehti apne papa ko aise dekh kar. He said wearing his trouser.
Ishita -kya kehti, kehti papa nangu pangu hai. She said and laughed.
Raman smiled seeing her laughing and said -kuch bhi madrasan, bachchi ke saamne beizzati ho jaati. He said blushing hard.
Ishita -but really can't u realise that it's me, not Ruhi.
Raman -arey I was in sleep, aur phir tera sapna dekh raha tha toh, he said blushing.
Ishita sat next to him and asked -waise ek baat puchun. Aap hamesha mujhe hi dekhte hai kya sapne mein, kabhi black dress mein, kabhi saree mein, aaj kya pehna tha.
Raman ruffled his hair smiling like an idiot and said -kuch nahi.
Ishita's mouth got open in perfect O hearing this and said -kya??
Raman -yes, aaj hamari suhaagraat thi, toh ghunghat utha raha tha main. Then dropping ur clothes one by one, he was saying when ishita closed his mouth and said -bas samajh gayi main.
Raman removed her hand and said -arey abhi aur bhi hai, detail mein sun lo.
Ishita -i don't want to hear, aap jao fresh ho jao. I am making tea for us.
Raman -but sun toh le, he said when ishita said -nahi sunna, jao aap. She said and Raman went to his room to freshen up smiling.
Ishita went to kitchen to make tea, she kept tea to boil and went to Raman's room to arrange the bed. She was arranging his bed when his phone start ringing.
Ishita saw it and said -raman aapka phone baj raha hai.
Raman -I am just coming, dekh lo kiska hai.
Ishita -ok, she said and picked the phone seeing an unknown number. She was about to say hello, when she heard -sorry sir, I don't want to call u, but this subbu is not letting me live in peace, from yesterday he is pestering me to call u so I had to call u.
Ishita's eyes wide in shock hearing subbu's name and before she could react, she heard his voice. He has snatched the phone from the jailer.

Raman came out of the washroom and saw her standing holding his phone and her eyes were filled with unshed tears. He went to ishita and asked in concern, what happened jaan.
Ishita just gave the phone to Raman and Raman was shocked to hear that ishita got to know about his punishment to subbu. He looked at ishita trying to read her expression while she was just looking at Raman with moist eyes making him confused about her reaction.
The phone was in Raman's hand but his eyes were fixed on ishita trying to read her expression and there was a pin drop silent in the room making them hear subbu's pleading more clearly. Raman was about to say something when ishita took the phone from Raman and said in almost crying voice -tumhe koi maafi nahi milegi, tum ussi saza ke haqdaar ho.
Subbu recognised her voice and said -please don't be so cruel ishita, please mujhe maaf kar do. Please mujhe bacha lo. Tell him to spare me, woh tumhari jarur sunega.
Ishita -why I will tell him to spare u, kya tumne kabhi choda tha mujhe. Main har raat royi hoon tumhare kaaran par tumhe kabhi daya nahi aayi. U beat me every damn day, u raped me brutally everyday. Tumhare saath aisa hi hona chahiye. She said in broken voice,tears were flowing continuously from her eyes, Raman was going to her to hug her but she stopped him.she want to face subbu and his demon alone.

Ishita -warna kya, she asked in equal attitude.

Ishita laughed sarcastically hearing this and said -koi bhi court ek criminal ko bachche ki custody nahi deta, aur custody ki baat toh tab aayegi when u could find a lawyer who will stand against me. Ab main woh ishita nahi rahi, jisse tum rond sako apne pairon ke neeche, I am the ishita iyer, jiske saamne muh kholne se log darte hai. And i promise u that no-one is the world can help u in getting my baby's custody. She said and finally hung the call.
She crushed on floor and start crying bitterly. Raman wasn't getting why she is crying. He just went to her and hugged her tight. She too hugged him tight and cried for long.
Raman make her sit on the bed and make her drink water.
Raman -kya hua jaan, why u r crying.
Ishita -i always wanted something like this to happen. She said making Raman surprised.
Ishita -yes, I wanted him to go through the same pain I went through. I wanted him to plead, just the way I use to plead. Par main kuch nahi kar paayi thi, I could have only send him behind the bars. Main usse woh takleef nahi de paayi thi, coz I don't had such resources. Mere paas nahi the itne paise, but I really wanted him to plead for his life. I so wanted to wipe that smirk off his face, he was so sure that I will bring him out one day coz I have his baby with me. Usne mujhe maara, mera rape kiya, mujhe jalaya but still he was sure that one day I will bring him out, just because he is the father of my baby. But woh nahi hai mere Ruhi ke papa, Aap ho raman. Raman nodded in yes and said -yes bachcha, I am ruhi's papa. Aur koi nahi hai meri ruhi ka papa.
Ishita smiled in between tears hearing this and then said -thank u Raman, thank u for doing this for me. Main hamesha se yeh chahti thi, I always wanted to punish him brutally for his bad deeds. He beat me, he raped me, he burned me alive, aur usse bas jail hui. I wanted to punish him hard, he burned me alive, he, she was trying to say more but words were not coming out of her mouth due to her loud cries. She was just showing him her scars telling whag subbu did to her.
Her eyes turned red and puffy due to constant crying. He couldn't see her crying anymore and took her in a bone crushing hug.
He consoled her and said -bas bas bachcha, bas, chup ho jaa jaan. Itna nahi rote, he was caressing her back and was saying.
Ishita was still trying to say something but words were not coming out of her mouth,so she was just murmuring.
Raman hugged her more tightly caressing her back while slowly her cries lessen but she was still sobbing.
Raman -tujhe rone ki koi zarurat nahi jaan, now u have me and ruhi with u, we will always love u and protect u against all odds. He said and softly pecked her forehead.
