Rajkummar Rao on Fanney Khan: I am super-excited to be working with he

A while back, the casting for an actor to star
opposite Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in Fanney
Khan was going on for the longest time.
Names like R Madhavan, Rajkummar Rao and
Vicky Kaushal popped up.
Finally, it was announced that Rajkummar
Rao was chosen for Fanney Khan. Rakeysh
Omprakash Mehra, who is one of the
producers, took to Twitter to announce the
news and wrote, "#FanneyKhan
@AnilKapoor @RajkummarRao
@divyadutta25 @TSeries @kriarj #Ash
welcome aboard Raj tighten your seat belt
for the roller coaster."
According to a leading daily, Rajkummar will
be growing a beard for the same so as to
look compatible with Aishwarya, with whom
he has more than a decade's difference.
Talking about being a fanboy of Aishwarya,
Rajkummar revealed to the daily, "I am
super-excited to be working with her
(Aishwarya). I'll start preparing for my part
in Fanney Khan the moment I am done
shooting for my film on Subhash Chandra
Bose."
Aishwarya and Rajkummar make for an
interesting combination! Wouldn't you
agree!?
Meanwhile, Fanney Khan went on floors on
September 3 as Rakeysh shared a few
pictures from behind-the-scene. While Anil
has already started shooting, Aishwarya will
be joining the team only in October.
Anil and Aishwarya will both be playing
singers while Rajkummar will be
Aishwarya's love interest in the movie. Divya
Dutta is playing Anil's wife.

Entertainment and T-Series, Fanney Khan is
slated for an April 2018 release.
