It's an old article, dating back to the beginning of this month, but it's still worth reading if you haven't already.

I actually don't see how Amba can become the ML.
Her character is exhausted.
And the TRP aunties want to see RajPreet.
What will Amba do anyway now? The character is stuck in a rut.
Some hope is there if Preet leaves Raj and somehow convinces the Panchayat to let her go back to the PH. She may get back her respect once she reveals Chander.
But that won't be for long. She'll eventually go back to Raj and Amba will again go to the rut.

Unfortunately, once the FL is married, her in laws get more screen time because she lives with them. It's inevitable. The only option now is for Raj to move to Amba's house, indefinitely, to be with Preet. That's what I had Preet's husband do in my SS Cycle.

Hmm. But I don't think Raj will permanently shift to the PH. He may come temporarily to win back Preet.
But wondering how Arti would exit Waaris?
Should we brace ourselves for another death?!

Or she can just disappear and never be mentioned again like Swaroop.

It wouldn't be too difficult. Soaps make important characters disappear all the time.

Aarti deserves a better exit than that, though.

I hope so too! Amba was the ML before the leap. The least she deserves is a proper exit.
But then again, the CVs might make her disappear for the time being thinking they'll keep her in the background and bring her when necessary. And then happily forget her existence 🤢

Coming to think of it, the CVs have a lot of characters on hold.
Swaroop, Gunjan, the Pahujas, Amrit, Pammi.
Looks like these guys have a problem letting go!
Once Mo & Co. are shown the exit, they may bring in Gunjan with her problems and make either her or one of the Pahujas negative

I am not sure if I want Aarti in the show anymore.
Just to give her screen space, the CVs are going to show her and the Pawanias. This is a sheer bore and adds no value to the story.
These days, I simply change channels or fast forward when Amba and Co are shown!
