I am not exactly clear what happened in Haryana, but you don't ask people to stay safe and promote your movie in the same tweet regardless of the situation. Asking people to stay safe means they are in minimum chance of danger. Only an insensitive ass will promote a movie when there is a chance people may be in danger. No excuses about time for me.

And that justifies this, how? You ask people to stay safe and plug in your faltu film in the same tweet? He could have literally made a second tweet for promotion and not plug in his film in the same tweet.
