Surakshita even I saw the promo and it indicates that the mad guy was once a lover of Kumkum

Now it remains to b seen whether that love was just one-sided or even Kumkum loved him 😕

i dont mind them showing ghera pyaar between Pulkit and Kumkum but fate like death seperates them and Kumkum's family moves away from Kanpur
