kya hua...nimmo ko?

i am starting to watch Kya hoga Nimmo ka again and I am watching the episode where nimmo went to the gynaecologist for some reason they did not reveal yet. Her family thinks that he is going to become a mother but it is obvious that she went ofr some other reason. What is the reason? Why did Nimmo go to the gynaecologist?
