There's Gal Gadot who worked in a action-heavy movie Wonder Woman while being pregnant, was back to work promoting her film just few days after giving birth looking fit & gorg, broke the box office records, actually achieved something. And there's Kareena who did few photoshoot and walked 1 meter ramp , giving gyaan about pregnancy. She is Gwyneth Palthrow of Bollywood.
