I don't get the argument. Did the filmmakers commit some fraud? Did they guarantee a certain return on distributors investment that they now need to return money? Or did the distributors knowingly take a risky deal expecting they would make money? I think it's the latter. And that is just business. If TL had made 400 cr would the same people expecting distributors money be returned be demanding the distributors pay more money to the producers?

It took a full 14 hours to come up finally with an excuse/justification. Yes Salman's films have earned well for distributors before. So have films of all stars like SRK, Aamir, Akshay. Basically any star who has been around 20 years has given more profits than losses and hence they are still around. Yet you didnt think of this aspect TM when you were discrediting their success...their failures brought worse reactions from you. And yet when Salman has failed to deliver at the BO you ask why target just poor Salman? Why did you target others for the same?
