I think this is quite true. Not only for BW but for most regional film industries as well, I've heard that most of the money goes to the star's salary and profit rights than to the crew members and that's why many crew members and their families suffer. It's really very sad. Stars should be more grounded about their value. If there is no crew, the movie can't run as well. The entertainment industry is such an industry where only movie actors profit the most and the plight of the crew members isn't realised and only highlighted now and then.

I would rather say the unvoiced people from real life give their verdict and thats what HITS hard.

These people are in trouble cause of Tubelight ??

Considering all Salmans films have crossed 100 in last 7 years. Id say he is least of these people's problems 😆😆
