Note : This post is solely about AbiNam and my pov on why they are already winner for me. You can agree or disagree. But kindly dont bring other couples to this post and turn this post to a war zone. And This post is bit lengthy too.
So voting is over and results are now in sealed covers. It will be out by tmrw i guess, not sure though. But whatever be the result, whoever win the title, for ME, AbiNam will be the WNNERS. Before starting, Myself priya, i'm a fan of Abigail from zindagi win days. I want to ship her and kiran (aaliya and ishaan from ZW) but that ship sunk even before it can start lol. Thanks to sanam. I wasn't fond of them as couple. May be becz of my broken ship. But NB8 made me fall in love with these cuties.
For me Nach baliye is about couple winning hearts by dance and chemistry. And abinam did exactly the same.
A couple representing youth : Abinam is today's couple, who can give the feeling of love even to viewers. Whenever they come onscreen we can feel that energy of youth and aura of love. Their adorable ways of displaying affection, cute hugs. Is it me me or they actually give the alaipayuthe and ok kanmani (saathiya and ok jaanu in hindi) feels? Mani ratnam movie wala love.. Modern yet family rooted. Their live-in with family support is defo a goal of modern couples.
The stunning chemistry: Chemistry is something inevitable for a couple dance. And These two good looking people share an extremely beautiful chemistry. Its their chemistry which made their performances this much memorable. They can literally burn the screen as well as can make go aww..
The Support for each other : The way sanam supported abi for becoming a pro dancer from a non dancer and the way abi supported sanam and worked hard to not let him down sets another goal. anyone remember the behind the screen video before baarish wlaa act? Sanam was helpless for the extreme pressure on abi just becz he is a choreographer and abi was in tears becz she thought sanam is not getting what is deserved becz of her and determined to be the reason for getting full.
Sanam sets bf goals: This guy adore abi and loves to pamper her. The way he hug abi after every performance, the way he look at her when ever she talks, the way he hold her close when judges point out abi's mistakes, the way he pulls away turns towards her and claps for her when ever judges complimented or appreciated abi defo makes anyone smile. Not to forgot the way sanam slightly hit the ballet shoe on floor when terrance explained the pain to toe dance in ballat, to emphasise the point He made it sure that people can see a glimpse abi's hardwork which she hides behind her smile.
Abi sets co contestant goals: Abi reminds me of happy butterfly. She is genuinely happy for everyone. she get happy when others are happy and gets sad when anyone is sad. Exactly like the youngest kid in the family. With in theses weeks she managed to be everyone's pet, including viewers.
The matured and graceful couple : Abinam is the youngest couple in NB8. But they are the one of the most matured one too. Taking every critism with a smile, even the lamest ones like stress on face comments with a smile and supporting other co contestants, asking her fans to vote for other too, abinam set an example for the health competition. They never complained, neer took didg on other, never let the competition affect in any negative way. The moment they noticed some people who claims to support them are badmouthing others, they put a post to not to bash anyone.
Abigail journey from non/avg dancer to pro dancer : Abinam satisfy even this criteria too. Sanam is choreographer, but abi was a non dancer. Well i will say avg dancer. And NB8 was her journery to a pro dancer. Its not possible for everyone unless you have talent and put extreme hardwork. we hav already seen what happnd to kunwar amara nad Charlie.
A bundle of performances to cherish : Abhinam have given a bundle of performances for dance lovers to cherish forever. baarish, rasiya, ballet, lal ishq.. the list is going on. People are going to remember these one in upcoming seasons too
Visually beautiful acts : No matter how much dance one act has, we wont be able to enjoy it unless they presented beautifully. Abinams acts were always a visually beautiful too. They give a soothing feeling to viewers. Let it be baarish or be pehla nasha or udi udi or lal ishq , their acts were a treat for eyes too.
Trying different forms : From classical to krumpling, abinam brought different forms on stage. They even brought international forms which we were not familiar with.
Attempting out of box mixes : who imagined a classic kathak on kala chashma, ballet in radha kaise na jale, krumpling in lal ishq? And guess waht abinam made them work all.
Setting international standard to NB8 : it wasn't a secrete that channel bring good dancers to set standard to show and to attract viewers. And Abinam did exactly the same. Setting standard to the show as well as for other contestants. This time they took standard to international level which made even terrance sir to bend down.
Winning hearts through Nach baliye : For me, a show winner should be the one who won heart through that show. And Abinam is the couple who purely won hearts through NB. Unlike other couples, they didn't had any fan following before as couple. Whatever popularity they have now, its because of the nachbaliye 8. And that popularity is not small. I dont want to be specific, but i noticed that in many SNS of star plus the pic and videos of their performances get high likes. I dont know about votes, but these love and support are not less than a trophy.
Abigail and Sanam, No matter what the result is, you guys will be my NB8 winners. You both earned love and respect of viewers with your amazing performances as well as humble graceful and adorable nature. i hope this relation stays forever and you guys will get married and will have a happy ever after tale⭐️
