Hello guys! I am new to this forum and a new #AvNeil fan. My first One Shot on #AvNeil. Do share your views.

"Avni... Avniii open the damm door yaar kitna time aur? Everyone is waiting for us downstairs and you are getting ready from like a hour now, also you ain't letting me in. Avni? Avni?" Neil banged the door for the umpteenth time. It was normal day but for Khanna family the day was special as Neil's dad cracked a big foreign deal and also they wanted to introduce their new member Ananya- Neil's wife to everyone and hence a party was arranged and here was Neil waiting for his wife to come out so they could go down for the party but she wasn't getting out and now she wasn't even responding, WOW! she was actually testing his paitence level now.
"Avni? Ok so now you won't even respond right? Great! I am locked out of my own room, but get one thing clear Avni if do not open the door in next 2 mins I am gonna kick it open you get that?" He warned her and with in less than a a minute the door was unlocked. He pushed the door open and entered, "Yaar you took too lon..." and the next words seemed to got stuck in to his throat as he was left dombstruck by the view in front of him. There was Avni standing clad in a dark blue silk saree exposing her perfect curves, hair swaying around her slender waist, a waist band hugging her milky white skin, eyes kohled, a thick layer of eye liner making her eyes look mote Beautiful and red coloured lip stick sticking on to her lips. Damm! She looked gorgeous and hot. 'Is she really Avni?' he thought in his mind
'Good! So my plan is working then. Mr. ACP Neil you think I am a fatso right? I need to diet also you laughed at me when I wore that shirt now I'll show you the REAL AVNI. Poor hubby is still not into his senses' she thought and smirked.
"Neil?" She clicked her middle finger and thumb in front of him to get him back in his senses. A mischievous smile plastered on to her lips.
"Uhh?? Haa?" He was still in daze "Party mai jana hai na niche? Chalo" she smirked again looking at his condition. "Ohh.. haa...uhhmm yess chalo" he tried to seem normal but normalcy was long gone. His eyes were stuck on to her face. Her eyes her lips he soo felt like touching those soft red cottony lips but, he stopped himself and that smile. 'wait, why is she smiling like that?' he tried to think but his brain wasn't in a condition to think properly that was her effect on him. His eyes, then travelled southwards and fell on to her waist band twinkling golden around her waist. Ohh he so felt jealous of that waist band and he felt an certain itching in his palms to grab her waist and knead on to it. 'Damm! What the hell is wrong with me? Stop it Neil!' he chided himself and looked around in the room everywhere but at her. "Umm.. let's go?" He asked his eyes still roaming around in the room. She chuckled softly, "Yes! Please." She smiled and they were about to get out when Ali entered their room "Avni Neil?" and he too stopped in to his path. "Avni?" His eyes were bout to pop out of their sockets. Avni was surprised. Was she actually looking this different that even Ali was shocked? Then her eyes travlled to notice Neil's expressons and he was twisting his lips, his eyes narrowed. 'Damm he looks so cute' she smiled and again looked at Ali.
"Yes, Ali?" She asked. "I was here to get you both downstairs but it seems that you were on your way?"
"Yeah, we were." She replied with a smile.
"Okay! Then I shall go ahead you both come" he turned to leave and stopped and again turned towards Avneil. "BTW Avni, you looking gorgeous." He genuinely gave her a compliment. "Thanks Ali" she smiled but yet she was sad. She took all these efforts for Neil and here she was getting compliment from Ali. Ali and Avni were smiling and here someone was not liking things.
"You look gorgeous Avni" Neil murmered and tried to imitate Ali. 'and this girl? Why does she need to smile?' he thought and suddenly stood beside Avni his hands automatically landing on her waist grabbing her close. "Yes, Ali we are coming you move forward we will come I want to have a word with my WIFE!" Neil forceda smile and Ali got his insecurity. He smiled at the duo and left . Avni was shocked by this sudden reaction from him. She waa looking at his face studying his expressions and she noticed a frown adorning his face. Her plan was working. She did a happy dance in her mind.
"Neil, kya baat? Okay listen will talk later first let's go." She said and moved out of his hold and started to walk. And Dhaapp! She was again pulled by him towards him amd she landed on to his hard chest. "Neil?" She cried as her nose got hurt. "Wait!" Hs said and looked at her intently and suddenly took his right hand near her neck amd pulled out tha black beaded mangalsutra which was hiding in to her pallu and placed it properly so that it was in clear view now.
"Now you look PERFECT!" He smiled proudly looking at the diamond sparkling around her neck.
'She is my wife.' he thought and smiled even more. But he sensed a sad smile on her face. 'wait, why is she looking sad?" And realization struck him. 'ohh, is she waiting for my me to compliment her? Yes!' he realized and looked in her eyes which were searching or waiting for him to say something. He again smiled and facepalmed her and pecked her forehead. He realized that this wasn't normal fir them, between them but, still it seemed so perfect.
"You look dangerously beautiful" he confessed truthfully as she was actually having an dangerous effect on him. Avni smiled and pulled his nose.
"Ouch!" He cried. "Avni?" He looked at her as if asking her about her sudden action.
"Neil! You know you twitch your nose when you are annoyed and You look daaammm cute when you are jealous." She pulled his cheeks and ran away. "JEALOUS? and me? Never!" He clearedhis throat and ran behind her. š
