Shah Rukh Khan to skip IIFA Awards 2017 due to son Aryan Khan and Jab

Shah Rukh Khan rarely skips any award
show as he not only hosts but also performs
at the few of them.
Now as per a leading daily, the superstar will
be missing IIFA Awards 2017 at New York in
the month of July. He will be busy promoting
his upcoming film Jab Harry Met Sejal
opposite Anushka Sharma. The movie is
directed by Imtiaz Ali and is slated to release
on August 4, 2017.
But, there is one more reason why King
Khan might not be attending the award. He
might be travelling to the United States to
meet his son Aryan Khan. Reports have it,
Aryan has suffered an injury and might
undergo a surgery.
A source revealed to the daily, "Shah Rukh's
son Aryan broke his nose while playing
football at school. Aryan is already on
medication, but the doctors have advised
him to undergo surgery. SRK will be
travelling abroad for that. It has been
scheduled around the same time as the
award function, and his priorities are very
clear. The concerned father will obviously
prefer being by his son's side."

Coming to Jab Harry Met Sejal, the title of the
film was unveiled last night along with two
posters. The leads, Shah Rukh and Anushka
posted the posters on their social media
pages and it instantly broke the Internet.
The film was initially supposed to release on
August 11, 2017, alongside Akshay Kumar
and Bhumi Pednekar starrer Toilet: Ek Prem
Katha. Now, the clash has been averted.
