There are a number of times when Bijoy had stood up for Dev in the early episodes like when Dev was delaying telling his mother or when he went to Dev's office and saw what he thought was good boss. In fact he even did not tell Sona about the pre-nup because Dev asked him not to.

It is unfair to show Bijoy as a villian of the piece. He is looking out for his daughter and trying to prevent her from making the same mistake the third time. Dev has shown himself to be a liar, a coward, a mama's boy again and again. Why should Bijoy accept this kind of man for his daughter. Today's scene was shameful and a wrong message. Bijoy is not interfering in Sona's life like Ishwari is in Dev's life again but he is expressing what he believes is correct.

These are all inconvenient facts. To save Ishwari they have introduced this to paint Bijoy as a villain.

BIjoy was never jealous of Sonakshi and Dev's relationship. He was only concerned for his daughters well being after Dev revealed his true colors. Unfortunately uski daughter hee khota sikka nikali.

Sona is a filmy sort of girl with teenage hormones who has no genuine idea of what love comprises of (beyond physical attraction). That is not surprising since her mom is a filmy novelist types and probably filled her head with silly ideas as a child.

He lusts after her. She lusts after him. And when a third party comes into the picture, their jealousy forces them to accept their 'love'. That is their story from the beginning and keeps recycling again and again. Zero honesty and Zero respect and Zero growth. But lots of games !

bijoy has problem with dev because he knows dev is weak and he won't fight for sona if something happens in future similar to what happened in the past ..

in fact bijoy is strength for sona .

she yelling at him is unfair

as much as I adore Bijoy and love Sonakshi... today was a bit tuff. to me, both are messed up right now.. Thanks to maa beta, yet again. Bijoy, whom I've love, is refusing to see the pain behind his daughter's smile. and sonakshi, is taking her anger/frustration/hurt/pain on one person she loves the most.. her dad! both are allowing the past to see the present clearly and deal with it. I've read some comments that Sonakshi is worse daughter... I don't agree with that. She is going through a lot, her own doing.. granted. and she took it out on one she loves the most!!!! and looking for excusing to justify the situation, any which way. That doesn't make her bad... just human. to make matters worse, Asha/Ishwari/Dev are playing games, manipulating situations and involving kids😡

just hoping to make Dev and ishwari mahaan, they don't make Bijoy, the villiain.

Yeah ur right. Yesterday's shirtless scene just reiterated ur theory. U know what. Sona u know why she's so good to ish it's just coz she wants to b in Dev's good books. She is pathetic as a daughter. I realize today how good were the Ekta Kapoor leads. Sona is a pathetic, weak, inferring, self-respect less push over. Nw she will confess her live. Another sign of push over. So conveniently she blamed bijoy, maami ke saamne bhigi billi ban jaati hain. So convenient.

In one of my comments I have said sona 's worst daughter. U know why. I'm tired of her pushover when it comes to ish and dev. They treat her as a cat on leash and she let's them even maami for that matter. She finds it difficult even to frame sentences in front of the Dixits.I understand she was in pain. But a girl who absolved ish who was majorly responsible for everything that happened in devakshi life very conveniently blames it totally on her father. Sorry I understand she was in pain butt this total lack of insight from sona and doormat behaviour can't b excused.

Ur responsible for the way ppl treat u. It's u who draw the lines sona never did that with the Dixits.Dev has always very vehemently told off bijoy but Sina is just too goody goody for all the wrong reasons.

don't deny anything you said. in fact, agree with how sona is with dev and maa. 100% agree about Asha.. she has been disappointing to say the least. but i think, what sona said today was all in anger & frustration.. not right at all but definitely makes her, finally, human to take her anger out those we love the most! that doesn't make her a bad daughter... she has always stood by and with Bijoy, just like he has for her!!! I lvoe their relationship as Bijoy reminds me of my dad sooo much. but my dad could always see thru my smile if I was hurt or in pain. i am only disappointed that Bijoy is missing that. so both are kind of messed up here.

agree the script is masala potboiler and geared to please a certain section of audience. that's why I only watch off & on now.

Bijoy never supported Dev. He was always against him no matter what. It was not Bijoy who went to Dev's office and got impressed by his good nature. It was certainly not Bijoy who supported Dev when he came with the cake at Asha's birthday. It was not Bijoy who had readily accepted Dev after knowing his daughter loves him. It was certainly not Bijoy who wanted to quicly fix their alliance because he really liked Dev. It was certainly not Bijoy who for his daughter's happiness was ready to accept Dev after their first breakup and give him second chance. It was certainly not Bijoy who sided with Dev during dinner at Boses' house. Bijoy did not support Dev when Sonakshi was upset that Dev was mamma's boy who did not know how to fold clothes. Bijoy never supported Dev and he was not the one who favored Dev during the Masoori track

It was Asha who disguised as Bijoy by wearing a fake wig and plastic replica of Bijoy's face. She was doing all this for her beloved Dev.🤢🤢

On a serious note, Sonakshi knows that love is more than sexual attraction which is why she is hiding her fears in pretext of Bijoy's promise. She might confess her love and her feelings but wont jump in relation with Dev. (If CV's dont plan to change her role)

She has rescuer syndrome so she wants to act as a martyr by selflessly helping people especially those who have personality disorders (Ishwari and Dev). Since Bijoy did not have one, so she is not inclined to help him.

Today we saw Bijoy's anankastic disorder reaching its peak because he has been left out in all the family decisions. He got so angry with feeling of being left out that he wanted to make sure that Dev goes ahead with this wedding. So who is at fault here? If this continues, he might have a nervous breakdown. So he needs to either let go off Sonakshi and live her life (because she wants Dev) or leave for Kolkata, marry that woman he was flirting with during the infertility track and live happily ever after.

With this, it is definitely wrong of her to shout at her father since she has been the one keeping things from her father. She is acting strong in front of him and showing him that she has moved on but is not sharing her pain with him. He is a protective father who needs assurance that his daughter wont get hurt. He will make sure that Dev does not hurt his daughter if she conveys that she still loves him. Unlike last time, he will make sure Dev right fully gets his daughter if he wishes to live his life with her.

No matter what the CV's do with his character, I wont buy that he was jealous of Sonakshi and Dev's relation. And even if he was, he has never been hypocritical about it unlike Ishwari who acted to like Sonakshi but behind Dev vehemently insulted her.

Regarding Asha, she is repsonsible for Sonakshi's rescuer syndrome which stops Sonakshi from being strong and independent.

I totally confused now... Sonakshi and Asha always tells Ishwari and Dev that they did nothing wrong and they are not fault of what has happen in the past... From today's burst out by mahan madam to her baba, it seems it was him who was responsible for all the mess... Is it so?,Really?..

Bijoy is one of my fab character in the show. I am not enjoying the way how his wife and children are treating him. Forget about the outsiders Dixits, his own family whom he is concern foryje most are showing him the back seat... I am quit disappointed by the way a father(head of the family) is being treated this way... This is not fair...
