Its said that wine gets better as it ages and generally if we look at the wider perspective its correct as with time everyone gets better than before but unfortunately case of 4lions and gul khan is the opposite..
I came to know about them with GHSP.. A truly different story of and angry young and a young yet strong girl who stood for herself.. when i started watching it couldn't believe that its an indian drama s it had no saas bahu crap and the characterisation of the leads but very soon i also learned that this production house cant handle their dramas midway they themselves start ruining their own creations by themselves but still i watched it...Afetr that i watched QH(left midway as it became unbearable), humsafars( again different but abrupt ending) so all in all apart from IPKKND i seem to have watched all her dramas.
Seeing Ishqbaaaz her latest creation i believe that in terms of the male leads from MSK to SSO she has definitely come a long way and it has improved although MSK being my ultimate favourite but interns of FL she has seriously deteriorated and also drama/ content quality has also declined. Dunno the reason but the production house i once thought can bring that fresh wave in indian television is gone and unfortunately she is trying to become another ekta...
The purpose of this post was just to highlight what the makers have become. Every drama has a lot potential but they ruin it. Ishqbaaz has the potential to be a trp topper but only if executed properly but its being ruined infront of our own eyes.
After geet i promised myself that i wont watch any of her dramas but her dramas do attract you and you cant help but watch it..Simiiar is the case with ishqbaaz. Avoided it for nearly 10 months but got so addicted but now the very concept seems lost. Ok fine if majority accepts saas bhau fine show that drama but it can be showed in other words executed in the best way why not utilise that.
Ishqbaaz has so much potential why not utilise it.
P.S. the purpose of this post is not to criticise but just sharing of an opinion.
