Anika was cleverly set up by Pinky...and she helped along the way- her need to interfere and open her mouth when she should just shut up (telling Shivay to listen to Prinku) The CCTV confirmed that she opened the door, she could not give an explanation- I think Shivay was really hoping that she would have a good reason, sadly she was unable to do so.
What I fail to connect with in this storyline is Pinky's behaviour- is her hatred for Anika so strong that she is willing to sacrifice her 'daughter's" (Priynka) happiness and even bring danger to her own Son's life? Did Janvi have no say in the matter? Pinky was telling Shivay to accept the marriage but not once did anyone consult with her Mother?? What nonsense is this??
