I don't think people are making fun of mythology. As I said earlier, I have seen naag naagin fly. But like this never. It's a huge joke. The wings look like he is a bird not a snake. He looks a hybrid: snake and bird/dragon. This is extremely funny.

The vfx was horrid.

Even those 90s vfx dinosaurs in jurassic park was better than rocky.
