After the end of the competition, Vidyachatur hugs Arjun. He is happy to have won the competition & goes to Kumud's room. He said, "I am very happy. I have won the competition. It would have been great if you had taken the maanjha of my kite, it would have been really great. Do you know what happened? I lost to your dad the first time but the second time, I won the competition very happily. His kite was completely out."
Kumud: My kite is out here & you are only thinking about fun? Have you asked me how I am?
Arjun: I didn't get you.
Kumud: How will you even know? Before the dance I had told you to come but you were angry. Since then you have not bothered to even to talk to me. You don't know how much tenses I am. Everyone here are talking about my marriage. There is a proposal for me. When they come here, I have to sing, dance, & do whatever is expected out of me. I have to do that. If they happen to like me then you won't do anything about it. If my wedding is fixed with that guy even then you won't do anything. If I become someone else's wife, even then you won't do anything. Even if I die, you won't do anything.
She cries.
Arjun: Don't worry, I will talk to your dad.
Kumud: When you could not confess your love to me, what are you going to tell your dad.
Arjun: I love you. Your dad likes me very much. He won't refuse me.
Kumud: You won't leave me, right?
Arjun: Never.
Both of them hug each other.
