On what charges will he arrest her?

Neil is hell bent on arresting avni but for once I want to know on what charges will he arrest her?

-Shes not even a thief as she had deposited the money in dat donation box
-she didn't even stole the bangles... they were recovered later.
-she has not done any sort of criminal activities.
Then will she be arrested just for being Avni instead of ananya?
A victim herself.

Neil's character lacks logic when it comes to him wanting to arrest Avni, like you asked on what charge will he arrest her? He keeps calling her a criminal but what exactly is she guilty of? Neil knows about her being shot as a child, he knows Dayavanti is not a good person so why target the victim? I'm glad that now he knows why Dayavanti wanted him and Riya to marry, interested to see how he exposes her and keeps his promise to Fatima.

She can be arrested if it's proven that she is Avni & not Ananya. Even though we know Avni is innocent & DM is murderer of Ayesha, court held Avni guilty & she was in prison, completing her years of punishment in prison when she was attacked & then ran away from it. She is a criminal in the eyes of law for running away from her prison punishment only. But that's not it, Avni pursued different identity to run away & then she is a thief, even if she donated those money to some charitable trust, she still stole it in the first place & it wasn't her own money which she donated or had right to decide what to do with it. & once proven she is Avni, DM will definitely charge her with something else, just to keep her away from Aman & all other things.
