Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif parted ways
after dating for six long years and we were
the first ones to tell you about it. After
separating from each other, the two stars
are barely spotted together. In fact, initially,
both Ranbir and Katrina refused to be
present on the set at the same time while
they were shooting for Jagga Jasoos.
But recently, the ex-lovebirds were snapped
together when they celebrated their director
Anurag Basu's birthday. A video of Ranbir
and Katrina singing Happy Birthday for the
director when he was cutting his cake went
viral, making their fans smile.
Last night, the two stars again came
together at filmmaker Karan Johar's birthday
bash. The director turned 45 yesterday and
threw a lavish bash at his Bandra residence.
Who's who of Bollywood were present at
the star-studded bash including Ranbir and
Katrina.
And if you guys think that they were
uncomfortable and avoiding each other,
then you all are wrong! Much to the surprise
of everyone present there, the ex-flames
were happily chatting with each other.
While Ranbir was engrossed in a
conversation with his best friends Aditya
Roy Kapur and Anushka Sharma through the
party, Katrina Kaif casually walked in to the
party and joined the trio. Though the
onlookers expected them to just be formal,
both Ran-Kat seemed very comfortable in
each other's company.
Informs a source present at the party,
"Katrina Kaif joined Ranbir Kapoor, Aditya
Roy Kapur and Anushka Sharma and they all
sat together and chatted the night away.
Surprisingly, both Ranbir and Katrina looked
very comfortable together and surprised the
people around them. In fact, there were
many other actresses with whom RK shares
a great equation. But he kept his interaction
with them minimal and was instead sitting
and conversing with Katrina, Anushka and
Aditya."
Adds the source, "However, despite all the
comfort, the two ex-lovers refrained from
coming together in a photo. When Karan
was going around taking selfies with
everyone, Ranbir and Katrina dodged from
coming in the same frame at the same time."
