I also agree with you that NT isn't the true vamp. She's here to make Pinky get a taste of her own medicine through humiliation and pain. That can be the only reason why she stopped Anika from calling out to Shivaay from the back when he left to rescue Sahil. And why she smiled when Anika appeared at the top of the stairs. Even her whistle in last night's episode and admiring anika's beauty, while the 2rs behaviour of whistling may be because that's what she knows, it didn't seem like all of it was an act. And ever since she has been back, I don't see her doing a single thing to separate Shivaay from Anika. Getting her name included in kulpatri in my view would also be to humiliate pinky rather than attempt a separation of Shivika. I think what pinky hasn't yet realised, NT has. Shivaay isn't leaving Anika come what may. In last night's episode, she retaliated by calling pinky selfish, out to destroy her son's happiness!
That is what I keep hearing her saying and wonder why it matters to her at all !!! I mean she is just a money hungry, conniving, opportunistic woman with no morals so why feel so strongly about a mother ruining her own sons happiness. That is something a good, moral and just woman like Jhanvi would feel ??
And what's with the open admiration of ShivIka??!!
Is it because she is just happy that someone like Shivvay (rich, khandani and well educated) chose to marry and respect someone from a lower middle class background like Annika and is truly finding happiness inspite of her not having the same status as him??
You have to admit, for a person like her and from her background it is like a 'Fairytale' where the Prince falls in love with and marries a commoner.
Besides, it was Pinky's humiliation that she wanted unless the whole Pinky insulting her thing was an act. But with the upcoming sequence it seems she is going to be out so it may be that Pinky's involvement remains a truth only Annika knows and accepts. I don't know is this NT thing was to lay the ground for Mahi's truth and Shivvay believing what Annika said about Pinky.
And this NT track won't end with just pinky getting exposed. Pinky's downfall and mahi's entry have to be linked. Shivaay may gave gotten over NKK insofar as Anika is concerned, he loves her too much to be separated from her. But his ideology will only crash when he finds out where he came from, who he is, whether being brought up in the oberoi household was a lottery for him.for it could easily have been Mahi who shakti picked. But it wasn't. Shakti (and possibly pinky) chose Shivaay, the kid with the kanji eyes.
She keeps throwing it in Shivvay's face that she carried him for 9 months in her womb and I do believe that she did. Shivvay cannot be illegitimate because that would ruin the whole IB plot.
I wonder if she did then where does Mahi disappearing as a new born from the hospital fit in??
Pinky has reverted to her initial days, taunting others, being too proud of herself, treating Shivaay as superior to OmRu. One OMM already took place when Shivaay did Maha Aarti with his brothers, next will happen when anika's name gets entered in the kulpatri and nt's doesnt.
Today's episode saw the Pinky-Jhanvi clash again only because, as you said, she has gone back to her old ways.
That is something that is going to isolate Pinky further and make her regret all she said about Gauri-Annika to Jhanvi today. When Mahi's truth comes out she is not going to have a single person that she can turn to and that is when Jhanvi's words will ring true. It will be only Annika who will keep the Family glued together because Shivvay will be to distraught to even care. She will realize the folly of wanting Annika out of her sons life.
Even the episode of 23rd was pinky's OMM. His son's more than obvious love for his wife, complete PDA without a care in the world, repeated focus on pinky's face. Her downfall is near. Hopefully, can't put up too much hope. Cvs have a way of throwing a curveball all the time!
She is already grating on Shivvay's nerves by going on and on about NT being Annika's mother. He has started distancing himself because of this non stop chant.
Now with NT gone Pinky has to think up a new game but I think Kamini has already beat her to it this time.
