WHY DOES NEIL HATE AVNI?

I'm a new watcher of this show. don't understand why Neil hates Avni?
doesn't neil wan't dayawanti to be exposed as well?
So why does he want to arrest Avni?

Can some one please explain thanks 😊

Neil doens't hate Avni dear.He s just hell bound to know who Ananya is actually.He s very confused in his mind like all of us are but in reality he cares a lot for Avni n may be having some feelings.

He doesn't hate her per say...He's slightly attracted to her and realises that he is, bit feels guilty about it because his first love is dead, and he basically doesn't want anyone to replace her in his heart. Therefore he justifies his attraction/obsession of finding Ananya's truth through his investigation towards her and believing her to be a criminal. He claims that he's so close to her only because he hates her.
