The upcoming twist of Star Plus' show Naamkaran will show the beginning of the high intensity drama track where Neil will be convinced about Ananya being Avni. Neil finally manages to solve Ananya's case and comes to know that she has entered the Mehta house in order to seek her revenge from Dayawanti Mehta.
