According to the new promo ... Chakor sees Ragini paying the doctor for his work on Vivaan , so ... I think there might be some error with this part :

I don't know but I am feeling disappointed . Ragini was such an easy answer predictable I wanted so.e new twist and ab sukor will be together justike that . Y she s not askingclosure for imli from surajs side Hiw can she again trust suraj who so easily. Forgot promises given to her nd give more priority to imli his past love f she di then she s stupid

i too wanted to see an unexpected face behind all this but my hopes crashed after seeing the promo 😆

The spoiler about Ragini must be wrong because the new promo shows that she is behind Vivaan's fake reports. I wish it wasn't that predictable though, it would have been cool had there been a twist like Ranjana being the one behind it. Ranjana is someone you wouldn't be able to put anything past. At the very least I am happy things are moving along because this show was going nowhere.
