Today's episode was ehhh.
Legit, the only thing I was happy about was the fashion and makeup choices on the main characters.
Is CVs trying to rush the functions? Not only was the Avni/Riya confrontation short...but also the whole mehndi fiasco.
See the thing is, we know Neil doesn't love anyone yet. We know he only has ever loved Juhi. The CVs are trying to sell that point we already know. But what Neil seems to be missing is the internal conflict that he has with his small-but-there attraction to Avni and his job. He doesn't seem to be emotionally moved at all at what possibly happened to Avni. He just wants to lock her up.
For what though? It doesn't prove she was the one who stole/exchanged the bangles? It doesn't prove her guilty of anything. Also changing your identity IS NOT ILLEGAL if done through legal procedures. Avni hasn't evaded any possible taxes, fraud allegations, etc. Nor has anyone been convicted of her fake death.
So Neil has no case. He has no reason to hate her. Yet he doesn't even feel sorry for her after hearing all what has happened to Avni through Madhavi, through Nanno, and through Ali.
Why does he hate her so much? Because he accidentally called her Juhi? Then he should just begin ignoring Ananya like the plague or something...It doesn't match his character at all which so far has been emotionally stable, respectful of others and sensitive.
