Contradicting myself big time, a rare case scenario though 😆

But these two, the more I think about them, the more I get surprised with the layers of human personality they denote. Very unique and rare to see on ITV. No black, no white and no grey, but all the possible shades, just like us. So humane, and not so surprisingly ,accompanied with the dramatic story line which is much needed for the TRPs.

Now, to talk about yesterday's episode. Thanks to all my friends who commented on another post of mine and made me think a little more deeply about it.

How unfortunate one can be?? Have you ever seen someone who is never allowed to be what he truly is?? Shaurya, a shrewd, arrogant, selfish businessman, a man who was never provided with a choice to be otherwise. But when he was actually offered with one, for the first time, he didn't realize it and made a fool of himself choosing to be the intelligent one. And now, when he had surrendered himself to the circumstances, opting to go with the flow, to allow emotions to reign over him, he has no choice but to revert back to his intelligent and rude self, but without the pleasure of winning this time. Painful?? Yes

Sacrificing was never a word existent for him. But he has to do it this time. Running away would have been the easier option. Talking to her and telling her the truth is also not possible, because the revelation is so drastic that he knows she will refuse to marry him ( practically). His need and obligation to keep her with him, is bigger, for her safety, as those vultures hovering around will not hesitate to kill her for the property. Can we see the irony here?? He himself is responsible for this, again forced to do all the wrongs, as if universe is conspiring to force him to carve out a path to hell for himself.

He will have to die everyday for the safety of his own life. How does it feel to exist, keeping yourself distant from the life itself, the life that you yearned for?? So, this is actually a sacrifice, where people will think he is the one in gain as always, whereas in real sense, he deliberately, knowingly lost it all.

Is this the fire he needs to burn himself in?? To get the much needed redemption, to turn into pure gold.

Lovely Stella...very well expressed. I was thinking about how Shaurya will handle this revelation & the pain he will go through. I know its difficult for him to opt out of the marriage right now after knowing the truth. This can turn out to be a wonderful track if handled well by the CVs.

Both leads would be awesome in the upcoming episodes and will get a chance to showcase their acting talent for sure.

Very well described about SK character and the pain he is going to go through in the coming episodes. For him Mahek is everything and vice versa and there is no turning back at this point. Being separate they can't live so they have to face this turmoil together as this is what their strength now.

In zkm all the characters at some point made challenges but most of them were just words and it happens in the real world. In real world also we make promises and challenges but they fail at times. I like to see them on screen also that's the reality.

But I must say SK from the beginning winning his challenges by any means. His character has such charisma that everyone of us are falling for him again and again even after showing him as RB chor. In the coming episodes I think SK will be sad and Mahek will play the full happy mode character. So let's enjoy this too.!

Just loved loved this take of urs 👏 Yes, Sk is in such a situation that nor can he opt out or stay in... He has been trapped badly... Feeling so so sad for him. After so many hurdles, fighting with his ego, temper, his inner self n then M's family, the vultures within his so called family, he finally got the love of his life.. But Alas!! He has to stay away from the very life. All the curses he has earned r going to play their part big time 😭

Looking forward to how this track gonna unfold, it's going to b a treat to watch the leads perform.

Have to applaud the writers too to come out with a character like Sk n the makers to zero down on KV to bring that magic onscreen. 👏

Sam n Kv r going to get some superb reasons to showcase their acting prowess n sharpen their art even further. 😳

I can sense your anguish at what Showrya will have to go through, I was there feeling this way, a few episodes back when they first showed this. But, of course, I could never articulate it as beautifully as you have.

How truly cursed is he! His choices really are between devil and deep sea! He takes the righteous path, reveals this and truly crushes her. Or he chooses to save her from this crushing truth and in process eviscerating himself thoroughly! He lives a lie and dies a bit everyday or lets her go and with her looses his very life! What horrible choices!!!

I watched him walk away from the mantap and given the dialogues they shared, I knew either he is not coming back or he is coming back a completely broken man!

I am looking forward to seeing all this desolation and helpless in the coming episodes. I am like a record struck at this, but I still will repeat - this plays to KV's acting strength. I can't wait to see how he does.

Real kudos to the makers, the actors and KV and SJ especially for having drawn us to this story so much.

The characters are so well defined that we can feel the pain for what they are going through, and for both MS and SK destiny is playing games with them...they must have seen thousand dreams together, everything is gonna shattered once the truth is out..😭

Just pity on both of them state ...but what a brilliant performance from the leads, they make us fall more for their characters...

One can actually feel it ,instead of reading it ...

Yup the man in the fire...

The biggest punishment for him is he has got the one who loves him immensely. ...but he can't take it ...

The fruit which can keep him alive forever but he can't devour it ...

the curse of mehak ,shud be remembered here ...

The currse took the toll ultimately on both ..

Vishi, Indian serials will mostly rely on twisted twist as that's what gets them larger TRP audience, here too they've brought out the blast from the past in two layers- one for Shaurya (during marriage) & later for Mehak, a doormat volcano ,restless from inside, constantly stirring waiting to explode with hot molten lava,once it will erupt everything around will burn ,leaving dark ashes of dreams & happiness as mute spectators of what could have been !!

Silence will eat Shaurya alive, he is now trapped between the proverbial rock and the hard place ,the revelation was like someone had hit him,twisted his soul, everything receded & then rushed back with a punch,an assault on his senses,he at this moment is vulnerable & fighting with hope itself, especially when he was about to embark on the most important journey of his life, destination would have been at a place where all his dreams were turning into a reality,(before Mehak's entry in his life he was too afraid to dream)a life he had always longed for..a home,and family of his own.

Shaurya now will be living between frustration and fear, a constant struggle to maintain equilibrium ,I feel if he tells the truth, it will bring out the skeletons from the past & MehRya will then deal with the ghosts from there,but if he keeps mum,the past will become a part of future..always shaking his conscience, guilt and lie eat a person & his world slowly and silently.

It's now about regret,redemption & repercussions for Shaurya.

@Vaishali 👏. The property angle has twisted this already twisted twist 😆. Now the irony is once the truth is out and Mahek asks why he has done what he had done, then he will have no answer for hiding this life altering fact from her. Considering his past antics, she may well infer that all his drama was to keep the property under his control or the property transfer itself was a payment for his sin, which he knowingly kept under the rugs. So, it is the proverbial "in between the devil and the deep sea" situation for him; where he has to lose her in either way, whether fleeing or marrying. So, it is indeed the payback time for him and that too with interest. I will imagine it as his ultimate redemption in which Mahek's curse is going to play out and wreck havoc in his already wretched life!!!

I will repeat that honesty is required in any relationship. In order to keep her physically protected or alive, if that is the case, he is going to kill her mentally & emotionally eventually. Might be the abuses will restart in order to maintain a distance. Now once she is enlightened, will she be able to forgive him !! Her own self !! Guilt will burn her alive. So, eventually he is pushing her towards hell, literally. And after a bout of hatred, when she finds out and starts believing that it was all indeed to protect her only, another round of guilt trip for her. Basically he will be killing her emotionally by not being honest. I am earnestly hoping that at least he gives it a try before continuing with the wedding rituals in today's episode.

There are so many possibilities w.r.t. this particular track but the question is whether the writers are logical and sensible enough to deal with it in the manner it is worthy of!!
