True, fans wanted him to come back but not the way he has been portrayed or the way the show is going. As fans are you all really enjoying his comeback? ( And I don't mean you grannz because you are a special case? You love Manyasa so much you would accept anything)
Ha, Bea, that's a good one 👏😈 - but up to a point 😛:
1. Yes, I'm an OTP Manyasa fan and the chance to see them together at present is a happyfying thing
BUT:
a) I DON'T accept the story at all, at least not what they do to all the characters involved (leaving aside the evil one[s])
Look how they eliminated DadiMa, how they spoilt Thapki as Vani, how they vanish karo-ed Preeti and the 2 husband chaps, how they sideline Bauji, and now even how Manish as Aryan is squeezed into a non-descript character again, keeping him from his initial roguish, finnicky hate-this style
b) I have learnt NOT to put any hope in CV's creativity, strength of memory, or presence of mind - not to mention their lack of regard for their actors and fans alike
There is no logic, no asking why, no fighting what is not there: a vision, a genius for story telling, a warmth of human approach to life and people in and off screen
c) I want to stress time and again: it's NOT IN THE HANDS of the actors how a story line evolves or how characters are made to behave. That Manish made such a success of Bihaan is testimony to his brilliant acting skills. And in Aryan he is proving that talent again, for who - seeing Aryan from day 1 - has not accepted him wholeheartedly?
That CVs make such a (sorry, I'm not used to using 4-letter words) ... horrendous story - again-, is something nobody could foresee (though we should know better by now), least of all Manish himself.
Does he regret coming back? Probably not, because he was getting to do a completely different role - at least, that was the initial idea. And it's always good for one's professional as well as artistic development to try one's hand at all sorts of roles.
But possibly yes, he might regret - if he keeps on reading about 'bad track', 'why did Manish come back?', 'off with their heads' (for CV team c.s.), 'down with TPK' etc. etc.
For that, in essence, is not nice to read for an artist, especially if he has to fight windmills from within his working environment.
d) I accept the current ff (foul fare - 4 letter words after all 😆), not simply out of this OTP love for them, but from a belief that if we send out positive thoughts and vibrations to them, they will feel good, despite the current rubbish they might experience themselves.
And so a little jaap again: 🤗 ManYasa 🤗
