Mein maantha hoon ki mein kuch nahin hoon.

In episode 102, when Sona tries to convince him to sit for the pooja, Dev gives many justifications and finally says,'Haan, mein tho nahin maanta bhagvaan pe;bhagwaan ne aajtak kisika bhala nahin kiya; aur mein ye maanta, agar insaan ko kuch chaahe tho vo kar sakta hein'. But, somehow Sona succeeded in making him sit for the pooja, which he did for his mother's happiness.

Then, 100 episodes later, we see for Sona he comes to Mahadev and starts a conversation with him - 'haath nahin joodunga mein; sir bhi nahin jhukaaoonga. socha khud ko introduce karoonga;lekin maa ne mere bhaare mein itne baathein karti hogi na? lagtha zaroorat nahin hein. aur tuje kaun nahin jaanta? ...tuje bahut powerful kehte hain. to aaj meri bhi ek choti si baath maan le. Sonakshi ki pregnancy ki baath ko sach kar de. mera parivaar poora ho jaayega. mein uske baad koi gila shikwa nahin rakhoonga. tujse kuch nahin maangoonga. jo hua usse bhi bhool jaaoonga. badal de sab kuch. juka de mera sir. thod de mera guroor. thod de...lekin Sonakshi aur maa ka dil math thodna. is baar tu meri khushiyaan mujse nahin cheen saktha'. Recollects the above conversation he had with Sona in episode 102 and finally folds his hand & prays 'Please bhagwaan, please.please meri ye baath maan le.' What happened next, we all know. His prayers for a child was answered; but he couldn't enjoy the answers to his prayers. Why? Because though he prayed, he hadn't acknowledged the supremacy of the Super power in his life. That's why, when he saw Sona's test results turn negative, went to the temple and challenged Mahadev that he doesn't need his help and that he will make everything right in place, showing how his khamand was very much intact. And that maybe the moment when bhagwaan decided to hear his another prayer...the black bolded words mentioned above.

And after 7 long years, atlast yesterday Dev Dixit's pride was broken and he bowed down his head in defeat acknowledging before the supreme power that he is nothing before God. And this is going to be a new beginning in Dev's life which will bring back all the happy days & moments he has lost in the past. The path might not be smooth for him. But now, as the Supreme power is with him, Dev will overcome all the hurdles and win back Sona. Let's fasten our seatbelts to enjoy this journey along with Dev.

Moral: Let's always be humble and meek before God Almighty in all our circumstances and instead of complaining on what we don't have, be thankful for every small & greater things He has given us.

Thanks Charu...Btw, humara wish kal poori ho gaya...Yesterday Sona heard how Dev had prayed for their baby...And I am hoping, after all this Khatri-theft matters are resolved and when Sona get back home, she ponders upon these words of Dev.

Sometimes I wonder the makers today have it so difficult. Before internet times an episode aired and was over. Today 100 episodes 200 episodes later we still dissect every single dialogue.
